I can use adjectives like "amazing" and "awesome" quite a bit, so that's what I'm going to do. We booked Alpha Car Services for an airport drop off and pick up, a week apart. Our outbound flight was early - EARLY - on a Saturday morning. That meant he had to pick us up even more earlier than early. Kevin arrived on-time, alert and awake, and smiling. Amazing! He even helped us load our luggage into his car. (Probably a good thing, as we were all bleary-eyed and groggy.) He kept us entertained on the early morning drive and delivered us safely to the departure gate. He even helped us unload our luggage. A week later, he picked us up at the airport and drove us home. Our plane ended up being 45 minutes late. Kevin was patient and did not rush us. He even texted us with directions to an alternate pick-up location that was more easily accessible than the crowded pickup lanes. Awesome! Again, he helped us with our luggage and we were quickly on our way home. On our way home, Kevin even offered to take us by our preferred grocery store so we could pick up items that we may need after being gone a week. How considerate is that? Kevin helped us unload our luggage, made sure we could get into our house, and went on his way. His vehicle was immaculate... "showroom clean." His driving was safe. His entire attitude was positive and upbeat. I will certainly use Alpha Car Services the next time I need a ride to the airport. My only regret is that we didn't know about Alpha Car Service earlier! So much better than the other ride-sharing services!

I checked availability for this specific location for economy, standard and compact car and 3 cars came up as available prior to talking to this first representative using the location specific availability tool. I was told a compact was available for rental for the days I needed through Tuesday morning for a total price of $177.17. I was told to wait for an email with confirmation and it didn't come. I called back and another associate answered. He then stated that the car is not available and the price would be $335 at $67 for a four runner that is pricier. I stated that I was quoted and price of $177.17 and expect this to be honored since his associate confirmed this was available. I was then told he could not honor the price because it wasn't a reservation made 24 hours ago. I then stated the online system stated there were 3 cars at the economy, compact or standard price, available at this specific location and he stated that the online system is not accurate. I then stated that the representative who answered the direct phone line stated the compact was available and then he stated that she was not at that location and the phone line probably rerouted me to the reservation line when I made the reservation. I asked why am I being forced to pay more money when your online system clearly states there are three vehicles available? I was promised a specific car and a specific price and now he was refusing to honor the price, as would be the customer-centric thing to do. If the overall Enterprise system is not syncing with local branches, that is not the customer's problem to have to pay for ineptness of a system. And when policies and making money are more important than satisfying a customer, this is a company and location I would not patronize or recommend ever again.
