The pick up station at Charlotte airport is absolute chaos due to construction and the number of people. Charles made everything super smooth and relaxing- I'm just bummed I didn't take a photo of the gorgeous black Cadillac Escalade with waters and snacks inside- I couldn't ask for better! I will definitely use them again if I find myself in Charlotte!

One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Together (as well as other drivers with their company) have always been professional, gracious and honestly fun to speak to and catch up with. Fun, professional, & consistent... loyal since 2016!

Premier Chauffeured Transportation is perfect for everyone, but I just want to add, if you are a woman traveling solo, as I usually am, this is the business to call!!

My driver Alonzo was on time, professional, and made the ride smooth and stress-free. He even waited for me outside the restaurant without any issue, which I really appreciated. I would definitely book again in Charlotte and highly recommend Anchors Luxury Rides to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation.

Last time was an absolute 5 out of 5. My family lives in a rural area North of the airport, and they met me (very early!) and made sure I got to my flight on time. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and even though it was early, I could tell the driver was awake, alert, appropriately conversational, and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!

I received a text the night before to confirm my flight and arrival time. This was already a great sign that I knew my ride was already arranged for airport pickup. I was given our driver's number so I was able to text him directly to keep him updated on my pickup time and place. It was so assuring to know that I was in good hands. Bob was super friendly and we had a good conversation on our drive to Mooresville. Our friends also arranged for dropoff at CLT from their house in Mooresville. Bob was very punctual and we got to the airport well in advance of our flight. Having the same driver was also nice so we continued our friendly conversation. This is a local company so it is nice to support a small business rather than the corporate rideshare businesses. I would highly recommend Car-olina and will definitely keep them in when back to visit our friends again in the near future. Thanks Bob!
