Ok I don't know where to start! First I will say I the ONLY reason I put is because the Yelp app doesn't allow more stars for rating! Dukes Limo Service is amazing . First let's start with the owner Duke. He provided service for my wedding and he was always responsive. Very professional and fexible and reasonable when it came down to what I needed and the budget I was trying to stay within. He has a motto QUALITY SERVICE FIRST THEN MONEY TALK AFTER! And he STANDS ON THAT MOTTO. He was more concern that myself and my wife had what we need first then getting the money. And I can't even explain how much that meant to us. Second, his staff was not only on time but ahead of schedule. We didn't have to wait on any vechicles to arrived they were already camped out waiting on the wedding party. The cars themselves were clean both inside and out! He provided water and mint refreshments while in the ride to our event. Overall as you can see his service was FLAWALESS! He has a various type of vehicles to choose from we had the SVUs and the beautiful luxury sedan! Our wedding is one to remember and Dukes Limo Service was a KEY PART. I cannot say enough good things about Duke Limo. They are amazing. I traveled with a Texas college speech and debate team to a national tournament at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Duke picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel. They then provided other pickup and drop off services while we were there. AMAZING! They were always on time and did exactly what they agreed to do. The price to the penny was exactly what they quoted. I have rented shuttles access the nation for years--and I have never experienced such kindness and professionalism. On our last day, it was raining heavily in Charlotte. A person in our party had mobility issues. The driver was so kind..it still brings tears to my eyes. He ran across campus with an umbrella and gently walked her to the shuttle location. I contacted this company on 5/22/24 to request a transportation quote for me and my family to and from my Dad's funeral, cemetery and repast on 5/26/24. The funeral home typically provides transportation for a fee, but that option fell through unfortunately for reasons that I will not discuss within this review. The owner of Duke Limo, Mr. Vasileios (Bill), offered his condolences and gave me a quote for his 2024 Mercedes Luxury Sprinter Van which seats 13. At the conclusion of the call, he sent a summary of the quote via text as well as a video of the Sprinter Van. I really appreciated this because it saved me a visit to view the van in-person. When I initially called, I was planning to request two limos to seat a total of 12 people which is what immediate family members typically ride in for funerals. However, Mr. Bill explained that the van comfortably seats 13 people. And I loved that we could all ride together instead of being separated in two limos. I gladly paid the deposit electronically using the link Mr. Bill sent. Planning a funeral for a loved one while grieving is not easy, but I will say this...the level of service and professionalism of Mr. Bill is unmatched. He communicated with me via text leading up to the day of the funeral to iron out the details of the transportation since it included three locations at different times throughout the day. On the day of the funeral Mr. Bill showed up on time with a clean 2024 Mercedes Luxury Sprinter Van as promised, drove the speed limit, and remained with us at each location. I rode up front with him by choice and he offered great conversation, which was a much needed distraction for me. My family as well as other funeral attendees raved about the van itself, stating that it was a great idea to go that route. My Dad was the oldest of ten children and took great pride as their big brother to help them in their time of need all throughout his life. I think he would be proud to see that I took care of the family by utilizing a great company for our transportation needs in such a classy vehicle. And I must say that the price was comparable to what I would have paid the funeral home for two limos. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs and will continue to utilize their services as needed for future events. read more
