This is a great car service. I arranged an online reservation for my boss and then had to call and update them regarding his canceled then subsequent new flight that was delayed several times due to bad weather. I asked that the driver stay at the airport to pick up my boss regardless of how long it took, and the dispatcher committed that would happen. His 7 pm flight ended up arriving almost at midnight, and the driver was there to take him to his hotel. Being three thousand miles away running a separate event, this was a huge benefit to me and of course to my boss. I'll be using Peak Limo again in the future when one of my execs travel to Charlotte. read more

My Daughter and her friend were flying into Charlotte on a delayed flight so she wasn't arriving until after midnight. I was able to secure a private car for her late afternoon to pick her up and drop her off to her Grandparents home. Not only did I receive excellent service booking the car but they updated me every step of the way, via email, once the driver was assigned w/their name and phone number. When the driver was on site (30mins early), when my Daughter was in the car and on her way and then again once she was dropped off. I like to be picked up by a driver when I travel to and from the airport. I know I could uber or lyft, but my preference is a 1st class experience. Peak drivers are safe. Paid a fair wage. And expert drivers. On my way in, my driver saved our lives with his expert skill. A SUV came into our lane and my driver maneuvered away to a safe spot. Just used these folks yesterday. Sent a web query for transportation on saturday afternoon, late, someone online responding immediately, so I knew i was in the right place. Quick quotes, relay flight information and done. My flight is going to arrive 30 minutes early from DFW, and Anna my driver, is there and tracking the flight in real time, so when I land, she is right there. Very professional and reasonable. Excellent excellent service! Limo services are not the cheapest so I debated on if this was a route I wanted to pursue for my wedding. So glad I did ! I called nearly 15 limo companies and ended up going with peak limo because of the service and affordable pricing !! Definitely the right choice...my wedding was the same weekend as prom, a big rock concert and prime for weddings! Peak kept the communication open anytime I emailed with an update or change or question I always heard back by the next day- usually within a few hours! I am very big on good customer service and I must say no issues existed with peak in this regard. Also the day of the event we had Ron as our chauffer! Highly recommend!! He was so cool and fun and excited for me! He didn't do too much where he was all in our face but he was there enough for us to know where he was where we could find him and kept it all fun and happy. You would of thought he had already known me! It started raining as we were taking pictures ...he stayed near us to know where we were and was able to move the limo closer so we didn't get too wet. Alssoooooo I would like to add that he had a good sense of direction. Peak Limo is specific about communicating on each stop you want to go to within your time and Ron was prepared and knew where to go we only had to tell him for the pics where we wanted to go at the location since it was hidden. I definitely recommend Ron! Absolutely the best car service in the area! We have used Peak on several occasions and they have always impressed us with their services. They are always earlier than their scheduled pick up time. This is a huge plus when you are trying to get to the airport on time! Our most recent trip with Peak was the day after Christmas. Julius was our driver going to the airport. He was very nice and professional. We arrived on one of the busiest days of travel at the airport well within our scheduled drop off time. Thank you Julius!! Can't thank Peak Limo enough! We were visiting Charlotte from Boston to see family and also to go to the Patriots/Panthers game. We didn't want to deal with traffic/chaos/parking the day of the game - so we arranged to have an SUV take all 5 of us to the stadium. Cuthbert was our chauffeur on the way to the game - he arrived promptly and made the ride very enjoyable. Our chauffeur on the way home was Mark. Mark arrived promptly at our designated pickup spot - despite the all the traffic and mobs of people leaving the game. A couple of hours after being dropped off - my son realized he did not have his wallet. This was a huge issue as we were flying home the next day and he would need his ID to board the plane. I called Peak in a panic and Brian said he would ask Mark to look around the car. Mark found the wallet in the car (thank god!) and was kind enough to personally drop it off later in the evening. Outstanding - first time in Charlotte and wanted a car service to take me to the airport from my hotel. Based on Yelp reviews, booked with Peak. They were exceptionally responsive from the get-go - emailed confirmation and receipt with very quick response time. When I called morning of to let them know I switched flights due to a cancellation, they immediately & politely switched with me, despite my flight being bumped up by 4 hours. They text when your driver is on his way, as well as on site. Wesley, my driver, arrived 15 minutes early, & was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and safe, with a very clean car. Absolutely 5 star service! I used them for my daughters getaway car after her wedding on 1-7-17. The night before we had a winter storm and recieved 2 to 4 inches of snow, unusual for our area. I was worried they would cancel due to road conditions, but instead they complimentary upgraded us from the Cadillac XTS to the Escalade SUV! Due to the weather we changed the pick up time several times and these guys happily rolled with the punches!
