Very comfortable ride. Nice, professional driver. Met us at our pick up spot right on time.

The best service ver - courteous prompt clean & professional cars and drivers. After a long day of travel this is a welcome ending

As an individual I've used their service a number of times for airport transport and couldn't be more pleased with the communication, was of booking, vehicle and driver. read more

This is a great car service. I arranged an online reservation for my boss and then had to call and update them regarding his canceled then subsequent new flight that was delayed several times due to bad weather. I asked that the driver stay at the airport to pick up my boss regardless of how long it took, and the dispatcher committed that would happen. His 7 pm flight ended up arriving almost at midnight, and the driver was there to take him to his hotel. Being three thousand miles away running a separate event, this was a huge benefit to me and of course to my boss. I'll be using Peak Limo again in the future when one of my execs travel to Charlotte. read more

I requested a car to pick me up out in the Waynesville area the day after Thanksgiving at 5AM and the driver was promptly there at 4:45. Great service and the driver Tim was fantastic and helped to pass the time to the Asheville airport. If you are needing a car service anywhere in the Asheville area, I highly recommend them! read more

Highly recommend. Extremely responsive and pleasant to coordinate with, Peak Limo made booking executive car service for my boss simple and hassle free. They also provided updates via email about the stages of the ride which was super helpful. Thanks Wendy for your help in accommodating multiple flight changes/adjustments to pickup times - I will definitely use again the next time my boss travels to CLT. read more

Peak Limo was a great help getting my brother home from the airport. His driver (Richard) was the best. I did this all remotely from Minnesota, and it all went down without a hitch. I really appreciated the status emails letting me know where his ride was at to when he got home. I would recommend these guys and I would use them again. read more

My Daughter and her friend were flying into Charlotte on a delayed flight so she wasn't arriving until after midnight. I was able to secure a private car for her late afternoon to pick her up and drop her off to her Grandparents home. Not only did I receive excellent service booking the car but they updated me every step of the way, via email, once the driver was assigned w/their name and phone number. When the driver was on site (30mins early), when my Daughter was in the car and on her way and then again once she was dropped off. I was so impressed that I booked them again to pick her up for her return flight and was equally impressed with the service and email updates. I highly recommend this service!! read more

Amazing!!! I called them last minute at 11 pm to pick up my boss from the airport at 6 a.m. Sean at Dispatch said, 'no problem, we'll make it happen'. And they did! My boss said the driver, Lloyd, was there on time -- and was funny, professional and all around FANTASTIC!! I am a super happy customer and I strongly recommend Peak Limo! read more

Great service, professional, and dependable. Thank you for providing superb service! I highly recommend

Excellent in every way!! We've used this service several times in the last month and they are always on time, communicate every step of the way and the drivers were very safe and knowledgeable. I'll be recommending Peak to everyone I know!! read more

I like to be picked up by a driver when I travel to and from the airport. I know I could uber or lyft, but my preference is a 1st class experience. Peak drivers are safe. Paid a fair wage. And expert drivers. On my way in, my driver saved our lives with his expert skill. A SUV came into our lane and my driver maneuvered away to a safe spot. No debts, scratches or injuries... it could have been VERY ugly. My return trip very smooth and good conversation. Thanks Peak drivers! You rock! read more

Used Peak Limo yesterday. Excellent service from driver Chris Starrs. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely use Peak and Chris again. Thanks for the nice evening read more

Just used these folks yesterday. Sent a web query for transportation on saturday afternoon, late, someone online responding immediately, so I knew i was in the right place. Quick quotes, relay flight information and done. My flight is going to arrive 30 minutes early from DFW, and Anna my driver, is there and tracking the flight in real time, so when I land, she is right there. Very professional and reasonable. They will be my new GoTo when i'm back and forth from CLT. read more

Absolutely amazing! I used them as my getaway vehicle for our wedding on 09/17/16. Anna-Catherine was our chauffeur and I cannot say anything but nice things about her. We picked the Cadillac XTS and it was gorgeous! Will be doing business with them again. read more

Excellent excellent service! Limo services are not the cheapest so I debated on if this was a route I wanted to pursue for my wedding. So glad I did ! I called nearly 15 limo companies and ended up going with peak limo because of the service and affordable pricing !! Definitely the right choice...my wedding was the same weekend as prom, a big rock concert and prime for weddings! Peak kept the communication open anytime I emailed with an update or change or question I always heard back by the next day- usually within a few hours! I am very big on good customer service and I must say no issues existed with peak in this regard. Also the day of the event we had Ron as our chauffer! Highly recommend!! He was so cool and fun and excited for me! He didn't do too much where he was all in our face but he was there enough for us to know where he was where we could find him and kept it all fun and happy. You would of thought he had already known me! It started raining as we were taking pictures ...he stayed near us to know where we were and was able to move the limo closer so we didn't get too wet. Alssoooooo I would like to add that he had a good sense of direction. Peak Limo is specific about communicating on each stop you want to go to within your time and Ron was prepared and knew where to go we only had to tell him for the pics where we wanted to go at the location since it was hidden. I definitely recommend Ron! I normally do not write reviews this long but I know how daunting finding a limo service can be that will be reliable- especially when it is for a wedding so I did want to emphasize why this one worked out for me personally . :) read more

Great experience with them last night. The driver was right on time, the car was spotless and impressive looking, everyone I dealt with at the company was very friendly and professional. I happened upon Peak Limo when I was in Charlotte on business a couple years ago. Since then, I have used them several times for business but most recently for a personal trip with my husband and some friends. Their drivers and staff have always been professional and accommodating. Prices are in line with those that I shopped previously. Most importantly, they are always where they say they will be when booked which is important when you are traveling. read more

Absolutely the best car service in the area! We have used Peak on several occasions and they have always impressed us with their services. They are always earlier than their scheduled pick up time. This is a huge plus when you are trying to get to the airport on time! Our most recent trip with Peak was the day after Christmas. Julius was our driver going to the airport. He was very nice and professional. We arrived on one of the busiest days of travel at the airport well within our scheduled drop off time. Thank you Julius!! Ron picked us up upon our arrival back to Charlotte. Of course he was right there ahead of time ready and waiting for us once we gathered our luggage. We have had Ron as our driver before. He's a great guy and was very accommodating to us! Thanks Ron!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! You will have peace of mind in your travels I can guarantee it! Thank you to everyone at Peak for always going above and beyond! Looking forward to using your service on our next trip! read more

Ron was our driver and he was awesome!! Our experience with Peak was great, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Friendly operators, texts all along the way, and Curtis was a great driver! Will definitely use Peak again.

Can't thank Peak Limo enough! We were visiting Charlotte from Boston to see family and also to go to the Patriots/Panthers game. We didn't want to deal with traffic/chaos/parking the day of the game - so we arranged to have an SUV take all 5 of us to the stadium. Cuthbert was our chauffeur on the way to the game - he arrived promptly and made the ride very enjoyable. Our chauffeur on the way home was Mark. Mark arrived promptly at our designated pickup spot - despite the all the traffic and mobs of people leaving the game. A couple of hours after being dropped off - my son realized he did not have his wallet. This was a huge issue as we were flying home the next day and he would need his ID to board the plane. I called Peak in a panic and Brian said he would ask Mark to look around the car. Mark found the wallet in the car (thank god!) and was kind enough to personally drop it off later in the evening. A lifesaver! We were very pleased with Peak - and would highly recommend!!!! read more

Wonderful service start to finish! The Mercedes Sprinter Limo was beautiful and was perfect for our office Christmas trip to Mcadenville to see the lights. Stacy our chauffeur was awesome! Thank you for a great evening. We will be calling you again! read more

Outstanding - first time in Charlotte and wanted a car service to take me to the airport from my hotel. Based on Yelp reviews, booked with Peak. They were exceptionally responsive from the get-go - emailed confirmation and receipt with very quick response time. When I called morning of to let them know I switched flights due to a cancellation, they immediately & politely switched with me, despite my flight being bumped up by 4 hours. They text when your driver is on his way, as well as on site. Wesley, my driver, arrived 15 minutes early, & was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and safe, with a very clean car. I will absolutely use Peak again and highly recommend. read more

THE Best ride to the airport, Lloyd arrived early, waited patiently, we had Great conversations ALL the way to the Airport. I'm usually not a big talker...but he was a great conversationalist. True Gentleman. I will definitely use their service in the future. AND I only booked my ride the day before--Great company! read more

Absolutely 5 star service! I used them for my daughters getaway car after her wedding on 1-7-17. The night before we had a winter storm and recieved 2 to 4 inches of snow, unusual for our area. I was worried they would cancel due to road conditions, but instead they complimentary upgraded us from the Cadillac XTS to the Escalade SUV! Due to the weather we changed the pick up time several times and these guys happily rolled with the punches! Their chauffeur, Andre, was outstanding and delivered our precious cargo safely to their hotel. I would recommend this Limo service to anyone based on our experience. They have the best rates in Charlotte too! I checked around. Heather in the office was amazing and so sweet and polite. She made it all happen! I could not be any happier about this experience! Thank you Peak Limo!! read more
