Thinking it would be impossible, I called around and was actually referred to CLT Express by Silver Fox Limos. Beginning with the woman who answered the phone, it was a wonderful experience. Knowing my request was ridiculous on such a short notice, she was a God send and stated they had a bus available that would accommodate all of our guests. She informed me of the price quotes and explained to me my different bus options. I did think the price was little high but given the day (NYE) and time of reservation (less than 24hours prior), it was to be expected. I received a confirmation email as soon as I got off the phone with her and also received one on the morning of my reservation notifying me that we were a go. Mark was our driver and he was the most professional, kind driver I had ever had. He called to notify my that he was on his way and asked about parking the bus. I asked him to text me when he arrived since it was quite noisy and he did so without any hesitation. He was patient as we all made our way onto the bus and even helped the young ladies as the entered. He dropped us off at our exact location regardless of traffic situations, and made sure we all knew where to find him for our pickup. I asked him what the plan was and he said he had none and had no jumper cables. We were 45 minutes from home and he had no plan. My friends convinced the manager of the restaurant to get her car and jumper cables. We stood in the rain while other clueless driver looked for the battery. My friend located the battery and hooked it up to be jumped. No apologies from the driver. When I reached out to the company the next day to let them know that happened they replied with a full priced invoice. Bad business. If you don't want to be stranded do not use this company.

I called and spoke with him and he said not to worry about it because someone from his office would call the week of our scheduled date to discuss the details. Right after the call, I sent him a detailed text advising the hours I would need their service and received no response. The week of our service I received a call from someone in his office. I told her the times we needed the service and she said that was fine. At 3:30 pm the day before we scheduled his service I received a call from the owner during which he told me I would have to pay for an entire eight hours even though I did not need the service for that long and I had been trying to communicate this two and a half weeks prior. The owner argued and argued with me and kept me on the phone for an unnecessary amount of time. I would recommend you choose someone else for your transportation needs. I definitely will.
