Having a girls night out for birthday celebrations is time to have fun and a few drinks. The last…read morething we wanted to worry about is "Who's driving? Who's going to be DD?" The decision to call Silver Fox Limo's was the best and smartest decision ever! Not did it only allow every one to have a good time and have a drink or three...LOL, the spacious limo bus was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. Silver Fox provided the perfect size vehicle equipped with a cooler with water for each of the passenger. Our driver Luise (who we highly recommend) was a perfect gentleman. He was so polite and patient though out the evening. Ensuring each passenger was accounted for due to the multiple stops that we were making throughout the evening, Helped each one of us on/off the bus so that we wouldn't plant face onto the streets. Always had a smile and driving was smooth the whole evening as we were having a time of our lives with great music, and catching up with each other. Twenty-two passengers, multiple stops and an amazing driving with Silver Fox made the night perfect. I highly recommend asking for Luise if you can -- he made the whole night stress free. He kept the vehicle clean and smooth the entire ride, and he was professional and helpful every time we got in or out, even with twenty-two of us going in and out at multiple stops. If you want a driver who's patient, polite, and actually pays attention to his passengers, Luise is who you want behind the wheel with Silver Fox.

We rented the hummer limo for our wedding. We got ready and guest stayed at Kimpton Hotel. Venue…read morewas only a few blocks away (.4 miles) at Foundation for the Carolinas. The few pickup and drop offs were discussed prior to booking the limo but obviously never relayed to the driver. The driver had no idea where he was going so we had to stop him after we were driving for a while and give him the address to the venue. After dropping the bridesmaids off, he sat at the venue at 4pm and never moved to get the groomsmen until my mother-in-law stopped taking pictures and went out to tell him to go back and pick up the groomsmen up for pictures. After the 2nd trip to bring the groomsmen the driver just sat outside the venue and our guest staying at Kimpton Hotel had to call uber or a taxi to get to the venue. So embarrassing and tacky. We booked the limo for 8 hours!!!!! He only had to take 3-4 trips from Kimpton Hotel to Foundation for the Carolinas which is ***ONLY .4 miles*** driving distance. But instead just thought he was dropping the bridesmaids and bride off and would sit for 8 hours.... Seriously? Who would think that's all you need to do for 8 hours of work. So disappointed and embarrassed on my wedding day.

I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. But it would have been nice to have received an emaIl explaining the charge vs me having to see it in my card. Overall the good outweighed the bes. I would use them again.

Michael was a safe driver, very punctual and prompt, and made the whole process so easy and smooth. He even took a detour around uptown after the show to ensure we used up our time to the fullest. I will definitely be booking with this company again in the future. Price was great, and the condition of the bus was excellent with comfortable seats and a great sound system & lights. We had 15 people in our group, definitely recommend the larger 26 passenger bus for space. Overall 10/10!

I guess it is due to new ownership? Still haven't figured that out but wasn't CLT Limos fault. The driver was great, experience was great! Would work with them again!

Last time was an absolute 5 out of 5. My family lives in a rural area North of the airport, and they met me (very early!) and made sure I got to my flight on time. They were excellent--when they picked us up and dropped us at the airport for our early morning departure, and when they picked us up at the airport (after a late night, slightly delayed return flight) to take us home. They were prompt, and both drivers were positive, professional, courteous, and helpful (with all of our large and small bags, which we, as travelling seniors, really appreciated). The large SUV's (both ways) were very comfortable and clean, and safely driven for a smooth and pleasant ride both times. We also appreciated the ongoing, helpful, and responsive phone and text communications to ensure all agreed details were clear, and verified. We will request their services again, whenever needed.
