Amazingly consistent, excellent and super pleasant service since I began with them in 2016! For a while as an independent consultant, I flew weekly out of CLT to clients, often parking at the short-term lot each week wondering what new scratch to the bumper I would see when I returned. One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Communication is perfect - from confirming each pickup, to letting me know they were on the way and when to expect their arrival. I've used Premier for 5 years. Being a consultant I travel 2-3 times a week. During the beginning of the 5 years I used a couple of services. Eventually there would be mishaps. Not with Premier. They have NEVER missed an appointment nor have they been late. the car is always clean and set up exactly as I like it. The drivers always know when I'm in the mood for conversation and when I'm not. Great with kids and adults alike (my children love them). Basically my life is so much easier now that I use premier. Would never use anyone else. read more

Great company and very fair pricing! Hired them to pick up my son from CLT airport and drive him to his summer camp about 90 minutes away. Communication was great with the company and the driver. The driver was waiting for him when he arrived, no issues at all. She even stopped to get him something to eat en route, so he didn't arrive starving :) - I'd say that was above and beyond! This company is excellent! I was unable to pick my mother in law up from the airport and she always has issues when she travels so I figured I could get a car service for her.
