SO many other places claimed you could request a quote online, but then they'd just send you an email saying "call this number for a quote" OR they just didn't respond at all!! We're all busy & the convenience of a quote via email is something that we should be able to expect! Well, Upscale responded within 24 hours & their quote was MORE than reasonable. I mentioned in my quote request that I wanted the Sedan service for my Mom, for her wedding. The friendly gal (Shavhon) who responded with my quote was even personable, wishing my Mom well & saying what a great gift idea this was. Then I was able to make the booking online myself- which I also was happy for (convenient!). I made a mistake & put my Mom's email in, which would have resulted in her getting a receipt with the price on it! Yikes! I called Upscale immediately & another extremely nice, obviously caring employee (Chana) helped me out on that mistake. Day-of service, I got a receipt letting me know my card had been charged, along with a repeat of all the details of my booking. Then the night of the wedding, they wound up needing an earlier pickup, so I called & they were very accommodating (again, wishing my Mom well with her wedding & just generally being kind & friendly). The driver (Alvin Stennett) was great with communication (calling when he arrived) & both he & the return trip driver (which was 2 days later) were professional, prompt & courteous. My Mom loved her 'gift' & I just could not be more pleased with the quality service I received from this company & would give my highest recommendation that you give them a try!

This company is a complete disaster. I chose this company to bring our family of 5 to and from the…read moreairport based upon Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, if you are used to using a car service in a big city (where there is any actual competition), you will be dismayed by the lack of professionalism provided by this company. I was sitting on the airplane with minutes to go before takeoff when I received a vm asking if it was ok that the company was not able to provide a car seat for my toddler. Seeing as car seats are required by law, clearly this could not possibly be ok. Once we landed, I called a number provided on our email reservation to find out how to meet our car. The dispatcher is nearly impossible to understand. I was told that plans had changed and a new driver was going to pick us up and that I should call the new driver. Mind you, this is all happening while we are at baggage claim after a 5 hour flight with 3 young children crawling all over us. Long story short, after standing outside at airport pick-up trying to juggle our many suitcases while making sure that our children did not run into traffic, I was told that yet a different driver was going to pick us up. After calling him, it became clear to me that he was not yet at the airport. We canceled the service and were in an Uber within minutes. Finally, we should have taken it as a sign when we arrived at the airport in a car provided by this company after the first leg of our journey to discover that one of our bags had not made it out of the car. A frantic call to the driver brought him back -- along with our bag. I have never before had an experience where the driver did not remove all of the baggage from his car. Well, lesson learned (finally). Never again.

One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Together (as well as other drivers with their company) have always been professional, gracious and honestly fun to speak to and catch up with. Fun, professional, & consistent... loyal since 2016!

What can I say about Kevin and Alpha Car Services?…read more I'd love to leave the most eloquent and glowing review you've ever read, but I'm not that good of a writer. I can use adjectives like "amazing" and "awesome" quite a bit, so that's what I'm going to do. We booked Alpha Car Services for an airport drop off and pick up, a week apart. Our outbound flight was early - EARLY - on a Saturday morning. That meant he had to pick us up even more earlier than early. Kevin arrived on-time, alert and awake, and smiling. Amazing! He even helped us load our luggage into his car. (Probably a good thing, as we were all bleary-eyed and groggy.) He kept us entertained on the early morning drive and delivered us safely to the departure gate. He even helped us unload our luggage. A week later, he picked us up at the airport and drove us home. Our plane ended up being 45 minutes late. Kevin was patient and did not rush us. He even texted us with directions to an alternate pick-up location that was more easily accessible than the crowded pickup lanes. Awesome! Again, he helped us with our luggage and we were quickly on our way home. On our way home, Kevin even offered to take us by our preferred grocery store so we could pick up items that we may need after being gone a week. How considerate is that? Kevin helped us unload our luggage, made sure we could get into our house, and went on his way. His vehicle was immaculate... "showroom clean." His driving was safe. His entire attitude was positive and upbeat. I will certainly use Alpha Car Services the next time I need a ride to the airport. My only regret is that we didn't know about Alpha Car Service earlier! So much better than the other ride-sharing services!
