One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Together (as well as other drivers with their company) have always been professional, gracious and honestly fun to speak to and catch up with. Fun, professional, & consistent... loyal since 2016!

A few weeks ago, me and my fiancée's van broke down and it turned out to be the shifter cable (the…read morevan was stuck in reverse and we could not change gears). While looking at it and waiting on the tow truck a guy named Justin walked up and said he worked at the Meineke across the street. He looked at it and couldn't figure it out, but told us that Meineke offered free towing within 5 miles to their shop and he seemed friendly, so we decided to give them our business. Anyways, we called and it took two days to get it towed to the shop(understandable) and it took another two days before they even looked at it. He called and gave us an estimate of 1,400.00 for a new shifter-cable with 4 hours worth of labor. While I am not a mechanic and my automotive knowledge is limited, I did research the issue beforehand. Shifter cable pricing ranges from 150.00-300.00 and is not that labor intensive to install. I am a sucker and probably would have even paid up to 700.00 for everything, which is generous for this kind of work. We asked them to return our car and we would go with another mechanic (we got a rate of 400.00 for a mobile mechanic) and Justin continued to say that this is the average pricing and that this is a good deal, but we declined. Anyways, when the van was returned, two of our neighbors wanted to look at it. They were not mechanics, but one of them is constantly working in his truck, so he new a little. The van still had the dash pulled out and battery disconnected from when it was at Meineke. With the dash out you could see the shifter cable, THE CABLE WAS NOT EVEN BROKEN OR DAMAGED. The cap at the gear shifter had just gotten loose and fallen off...Any mechanic worth their salt would have realized this and just reconnected the cable firmly, not replace a perfectly good shifter cable. The worst part is the cap was setting out in clear view and whoever worked on it would have seen this. We put the cap back on and tightened the shifter cable back in firmly, then bang, our issue was fixed for 0.00 by two guys with little auto knowledge. So either this Meineke was trying to scam us out of 1,400.00 or whoever is working there doesn't have a clue what they are doing.

The drivers were professional, polite and very helpful. The morning after the wedding my son realized he had lost his rental car keys. I called the shuttle company (my daughter-in-law had received a card from the driver) and the women who answered the phone (I did not get her name as I was in panic mode) was so helpful. She told me a driver had brought keys back to our hotel that morning but if those keys weren't my son's she would contact the other drivers and have them check the shuttles again. After she was able to confirm who our driver was - Jackson - she connected me with him. Jackson confirmed that the keys he returned to the hotel were in fact my son's. Jackson (and the wonderful women) went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you need a transportation company for any of your events this is the company to use. They truly care about their customers.
