Absolutely DO NOT book a cab through Mathew at Koehler Elite Taxi of Rock Hill, SC. After multiple…read moremishaps with our rental company with our transport van that was not running 7 of 22 senior citizens sitting in a dark parking lot in York, SC for 5 hours (this being 10:30pm) our senior pastor contacted Matthew who gave his word he would be able to pick the group up within the hr and return us 2hrs back to our home. He agreed to pay the amount and he was promised service. I too spoke to Matthew 30 min later and he said someone was coming with van in 45 min ETA. 1.5 hrs later no taxi van, no return call and he no longer answered his phone. AGAIN 2hrs from home broken down and cab needed to get us home, to a local hotel, somewhere. This then causes senior pastor to drive 2hrs from Cola to York to pick the group up and then drive back home. Sooo disappointed in the service we were promised. Home safe without taxi at 5am. So thankful for a Pastor who cares!

There was no confirmation either verbally or text. Sure enough, pickup time in the morning came and went with no Yellow Cab taxi. Save yourself some stress and use another company.
