Driver was friendly but once the ride was underway the air conditioner in the vehicle did not operate properly leaving both of us sweltering in the vehicle for the entire 1.5 hr ride (Greenville to Columbia) on a 90+ degree day. I was traveling for business and had to shower upon arriving to my destination. Because the experience did not meet the advertised "enjoy a relaxing ride with SC Shuttle services" I reached out to the owner/manager requesting a partial refund because though I did get to my destination but it was very uncomfortable. Rather than respond to my inquiry proactively the managed/owner waited for me to call and then argued that the AC worked fine despite the driver having told him about the AC issue too (which he admitted to in our phone conversation). He was not in the vehicle so he wouldn't know. He said he would not be willing to even consider a refund based on my experience. I consider myself a reasonable person and was disappointed with this outcome. An Uber or Lyft would have been a better and more comfortable option .

We reached out the night before and he was available to take us to the airport which is a 2 hour drive. He was super prompt to get us at our cabin, had a clean car, offered us water and was such a delightful driver. He also gave us some history of the area which was nice. Our party of 5 made it safely to the airport for a reasonable price.
