Our coolers were full stocked, my sister had an amazing playlist which the driver easily hooked up to the USB port and we pedaled our way down South Blvd for another adventure for the books. Trolley Pub did a phenomenal job with the recommended route and selected stops based on our preferences. I honestly had my reservations about this but it ended up becoming one of my fav activities of 2021. Thank you for accommodating this crazy bunch and I highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for an event outside the box.

I've never done a ghost tour and really enjoyed this new experience. It was a fun way to learn…read moreabout Charlotte history and check out some places you may not otherwise visit. I'm going to guess there are some "embellishments" to the stories, but there was a lot of fact included. Our guide, Tiffany, was really engaging, knowledgeable and kind. She was especially sweet to my 11-year-old daughter who came along - note, this is totally appropriate for kids. She had a lot of fun with the EMF detector. My only reason for 4-stars is the tour was supposed to be an hour. Some people would absolutely love this, but it was closer to a full 2-hours and it drug on a bit for me.

Trust me, my husband and I have done a lot of Segway-ing in the past few years, and this operation out of Charlotte is solid, and a definite for any guests you may have visiting from out of town. (Heck, it's a definite for anyone who hasn't been on a Seg before and LIVES in Charlotte!) QCS has different tours, and we've been on a historical one, along with one for the South End. They're always informative, and include plenty of riding. You'll have ample time to get acclimated to their machines-- which are in good condition. (Trust me, some places have old, old Segways that don't quite respond the right way...not fun.) This place also doesn't put their machines on Turtle Mode. That prevents the rider from going fast. Actually, it prevents the rider from going ANY speed over a turtle's speed. The various tour guides we've had here in Charlotte are entertaining without being cheesy and rehearsed, and they're big into safety, as they should be. TIP: Sign up for their mailing list, or check them out on Facebook or call for specials. Prices can be up there, but having a Groupon, or other deal helps make it affordable for a big group. PS: I always like asking our tour guides, no matter where we are, how many people have fallen off the Segway. The response is always kinda funny... :-)

This was my first time ever using a travel agent, but after my experience with Bonita Travels, it will not be the last! My Travel Consultant Linda Fox was amazing!! Having basically no travel experience leaving the country and being a physically disabled brain injury survivor, this could have been a very stressful situation for me. Traveling out of the country involves so many different components pertaining to booking flights, hotels, and extreme pressured situations. Without Linda's service, I would have bowed out lol. My trip was 4 nights stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica! Linda was top notch, making sure all the arrangements I needed were in order pertaining to my accommodation. The Wheelchair Assistance and pre boarding service were amazing!! They took care of everything for me. All I did was hand the needed documents to my helper, and they gave it to ticket takers, bag handlers, etc.! A few weeks before my trip, Linda informed me that the hotel gave away my Interior Non-Ocean View Mini King Room!!! Linda quickly corrected the error and got me UPGRADED to COMPLIMENTARY Ocean front view room!! On top of that, I was moved next door to my travel companions!! Linda contacted the American Airlines to set me and my plus one with special service. She also booked us into the Club Mobay (just a blessing)!!! Bonita Travels have set the bar very high for any other travel agents for me. Saying that, why fix what's not broken lol. I will gladly use Bonita Travels and my VIP agent Linda, the next time I travel out the country!!

My wife and I used April Powers Travel for our honeymoon recently. This is the second time we have…read moreused April and she will always get our business. We went to Italy and April planned everything we wanted to do for us and even put it all together in a binder with our itinerary including hotel and transportation vouchers - all within the budget we gave her (somehow). She included instructions and helpful tips for every part of our journey and picked the best days to do each activity. We had some trouble on the return home when our connecting flight was cancelled due to an airline strike. We went to the airline's customer service desk as we were already at the gate when the cancellation happened. There were at least 30 people in front of us and, in a few short minutes, dozens more behind us and we were going nowhere. We decided to call April and ask if she could help. I'm so happy we did. We were able to get out of that line and go grab a bite to eat while April solved all of our problems, arranging a new flight and a hotel. As if that wasn't enough, April constantly followed up with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed and that we returned home safely. Then she helped us get reimbursed for all of the additional expenses due to the flight cancellation. I could tell you about all of the small things April did like inform our hotels we were honeymooning so they comped us champagne or update us with changes to tour schedules so we didn't miss anything, but it is the constant attention she placed on our needs during our trip to make sure that everything was perfect that really made the difference. Both vacations we booked through April were perfect and I couldn't imaging trying to do it without her. Thank you, April, for making sure our honeymoon was special.
