Such a disappointing experience, from quality to service and communication…read more We hired them to take us from our vacation home on Lake Norman to a concert in July (~30 min drive on a 90+ degree day). The A/C didn't work in the back so it was 90+ degrees. We were all drenched and uncomfortable. The worst part was we had a pregnant woman & child in the back. We complained multiple times and there was no change, the driver swearing the A/C worked on the way here. The experience was borderline inhumane how hot it was in the back seat. Our pregnant woman almost passed out so we had to get out of the vehicle early. The toddler was crying out of discomfort and sweating so much. Since we booked them for round trip, the driver assured us he'd either fix the car or come back in a different one for pickup. He was extremely professional and apologetic. Being very disappointed in the level of service, I wrote a review in between the drop off + pickup (rookie move, I know). The owner of the company called us threatening to not pick us up because of the review. We removed the review, out of fear he wouldn't show up, despite the review of the experience being accurate and truthful. The way home was a different vehicle and A/C worked fine. It was such a tumultuous experience I would never book again.

Last time was an absolute 5 out of 5. My family lives in a rural area North of the airport, and they met me (very early!) and made sure I got to my flight on time. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and even though it was early, I could tell the driver was awake, alert, appropriately conversational, and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!
