Amazingly consistent, excellent and super pleasant service since I began with them in 2016!…read more For a while as an independent consultant, I flew weekly out of CLT to clients, often parking at the short-term lot each week wondering what new scratch to the bumper I would see when I returned. One evening heading out to meet friends I ordered a car service because all others were not available. I met, India, a fantastic lady, owner and operator of the business. I shared my issues in parking at the airport and scheduled my next business trip with PCT. Since then, with very few exceptions, I've scheduled all trips to/from the airport with them. Each and every time, the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. If it's not the sedans, then it is the large black SUVS, LOVE THOSE, I feel like a celebrity inside of them. They have always been on time to get me; often a little bit early... I've never waited. I no longer travel each week for clients, instead flying for mixed business/personal reasons so I don't get to see India or Althea as often, yet I still enjoy seeing them when I do. Together (as well as other drivers with their company) have always been professional, gracious and honestly fun to speak to and catch up with. Fun, professional, & consistent... loyal since 2016!

Last time was an absolute 5 out of 5. My family lives in a rural area North of the airport, and they met me (very early!) and made sure I got to my flight on time. It became somewhat of a one stop shop because she also recommended a venue for us to use to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday with her friends! Although we didn't pick this particular venue, we appreciated the suggestion and we had no issue swapping the details of our itinerary. They were MORE than accommodating. The party was yesterday! Mr. Johnny arrived early and waited patiently as we gathered 11 pre teen girls and got parents to sign waivers for the venue. The pink limousine was immaculate. Beautiful on the outside and inside, stocked with water, and we had control over the radio (insert apology to Mr. Johnny for the screaming of various Taylor Swift lyrics )! Mr. Johnny navigated us to and from the venue (excellent driving) safely, held the door open/ escorted the guests in and out of the limo. To Ms. Lenora and Mr. Johnny- thank you for everything!
