The few pickup and drop offs were discussed prior to booking the limo but obviously never relayed to the driver. The driver had no idea where he was going so we had to stop him after we were driving for a while and give him the address to the venue. After dropping the bridesmaids off, he sat at the venue at 4pm and never moved to get the groomsmen until my mother-in-law stopped taking pictures and went out to tell him to go back and pick up the groomsmen up for pictures. After the 2nd trip to bring the groomsmen the driver just sat outside the venue and our guest staying at Kimpton Hotel had to call uber or a taxi to get to the venue. So embarrassing and tacky. We booked the limo for 8 hours!!!!! He only had to take 3-4 trips from Kimpton Hotel to Foundation for the Carolinas which is ***ONLY .4 miles*** driving distance. But instead just thought he was dropping the bridesmaids and bride off and would sit for 8 hours.... Seriously? Who would think that's all you need to do for 8 hours of work. So disappointed and embarrassed on my wedding day.

I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. But it would have been nice to have received an emaIl explaining the charge vs me having to see it in my card. Overall the good outweighed the bes. I would use them again.

He took some group photos for our "parents night out". In the middle of the concert, a downpour happened. Lew came immediately when I called him since this was earlier than our scheduled pick up time. The van is very comfortable and clean! Everyone in our group commented on how enjoyable our ride was and that we need to plan another night out so that we can take this van. We called many other places for a ride, and Lew's prices were the most reasonable for our quick trip to/from the concert. We will definitely use Comfy Coach for another night out!!

It became somewhat of a one stop shop because she also recommended a venue for us to use to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday with her friends! Although we didn't pick this particular venue, we appreciated the suggestion and we had no issue swapping the details of our itinerary. They were MORE than accommodating. The party was yesterday! Mr. Johnny arrived early and waited patiently as we gathered 11 pre teen girls and got parents to sign waivers for the venue. The pink limousine was immaculate. Beautiful on the outside and inside, stocked with water, and we had control over the radio (insert apology to Mr. Johnny for the screaming of various Taylor Swift lyrics )! Mr. Johnny navigated us to and from the venue (excellent driving) safely, held the door open/ escorted the guests in and out of the limo. To Ms. Lenora and Mr. Johnny- thank you for everything! You helped make this year's celebration so special! Also congrats on 30 years together! Highly, HIGHLY recommend using for any of your events in the Charlotte region--most especially PROM Desirae Hutchinson| Esq.

After having my reservation cancelled for New years Eve the day before by a different company, I…read morewas in a panic to find a replacement party bus for 30+ people. Thinking it would be impossible, I called around and was actually referred to CLT Express by Silver Fox Limos. Beginning with the woman who answered the phone, it was a wonderful experience. Knowing my request was ridiculous on such a short notice, she was a God send and stated they had a bus available that would accommodate all of our guests. She informed me of the price quotes and explained to me my different bus options. I did think the price was little high but given the day (NYE) and time of reservation (less than 24hours prior), it was to be expected. I received a confirmation email as soon as I got off the phone with her and also received one on the morning of my reservation notifying me that we were a go. Mark was our driver and he was the most professional, kind driver I had ever had. He called to notify my that he was on his way and asked about parking the bus. I asked him to text me when he arrived since it was quite noisy and he did so without any hesitation. He was patient as we all made our way onto the bus and even helped the young ladies as the entered. He dropped us off at our exact location regardless of traffic situations, and made sure we all knew where to find him for our pickup. Throughout the night, Mark kept us up to date, and changed our departure time so we all could get home when we desired. I highly recommend CLT Express for all your transportation needs. I will definitely be using them again.

When I contacted the driver to let him know we were ready he came into the restaurant and told me the sprinter was dead. I asked him what the plan was and he said he had none and had no jumper cables. We were 45 minutes from home and he had no plan. My friends convinced the manager of the restaurant to get her car and jumper cables. We stood in the rain while other clueless driver looked for the battery. My friend located the battery and hooked it up to be jumped. No apologies from the driver. When I reached out to the company the next day to let them know that happened they replied with a full priced invoice. Bad business. If you don't want to be stranded do not use this company.

While sitting in the airport all night waiting to fly to Charlotte the next am I started looking for a rental, to our surprise there were no rentals available. But thanks to these guys at Silver Star Car Service of Charlotte, I got to my final destination in Greenville, SC, about a hundred miles south, without a problem. Mike, the driver, was more than happy to take the credit card numbers even though I did not have the card on me! Pleasant and completely positive, he picked me up in the airport, dropped me at the door of my hotel in Greenville, in a clean and new SUV. He then returned three days later to the hotel door to return me to the airport. Of course it cost more than a rental car but he saved my trip and his fee was far less than one other quoted to me on the phone before I chose Silver Star Car Service. Ask for Mike. The guy will make you laugh with his stories driving people to their destinations! Absolutely prompt and dependable! Brian Phelan Hampton, NH
