The night started with the limo being late. That's a bad start. The driver did not communicate nor use the sent addresses and repeated asked for where we were going. Management was terrible when we confronted them and they proceeded to insult their own employee. I reserved the Chrysler 300 for my daughters bday. The car was dirty, dented, scratched, leather seats were peeling, and when we went over 50 mph the car would shake violently until we passed 65mph. I thought we were going to be stuck on the side of the road. I paid almost $900 for this car and it shouldn't even be in service. It is disgusting. The lights on the ceiling won't work unless the bright white overhead lights are on at the same time, totally defeating the purpose of cool lighting. It was a disaster. To whom it may concern It's been over 1 month that I used your services. I have made several attempts to reach to you or someone in charge about my horrible experience with your company on January 20th, 2024. And to no avail you nor anyone from this company or establishment has returned any of my calls, texts or emails. If I had known then what I know now when I met you and you made all these promises about your service. Before I gave you a deposit of $600.00. I would have NEVER used your services. The conditions on the bus was terrible, the NO HEAT on the bus on the coldest night and weekend in January it felt like the AC was on and the ceiling panels were falling apart (one fell off)hitting my guest. I did not know in my contract that it included the driver drinking alcohol and partying inside the venue with the client was apart of the package. I did not sign up for that but that was because the bus did not have any heat -NO HEAT!! I have pictures and video to back up my statement. This company is a total scam. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option on here. We booked a party bus for a 2 day event. The first day they switched us to limos last minute. One of the links didn't have a/c or working music system and the second day they "double booked" and forced us to either ride with another group back home, or wait an extra hour for him to make his rounds and drive back. They pocketed so much money from us, cash, and charged so many extra fees that were never disclosed previous to the withdrawals and they keep giving us the run around. The driver was late picking our party up to take us to our next location. Ultimately, we went over our reservation by 20 minutes and was charged a $130 fee. We spoke to Neil and informed him that because the driver was late on arrival our trip was delayed but he was not willing to take responsibility and still held us accountable for his drivers poor time management. If I could say no stars - that would be my rating. Absolutely worst service I've ever had. The bus seats were covered in grass and dirt and we had to travel over an hour in the heat bc the air wasn't working. We reserved the bus for an entire event, but then were told we were also responsible for the parking. When we hadn't even arrived back - I received a call from the rude owner and was told that we owed even more money. DO NOT USE! I booked a black on black limo for his birthday and I was sent a old rusted up limo that was all dented up on the outside badly. I rented a limo for a nice experience for his birthday and that is not what I got. The driver was very nice and polite. But the limo was not nice at all! It was old, outside had dents and dings, rust on the outside. The doors didn't even stay open unless someone held them open. The interior was old and you had to push so hard on the buttons to make anything work. The car bounced so much because the car was old and probably needs new shocks. Hard to enjoy drinks or anything while inside the limo because it bounced so much. The tint was stretched out and lifted in places. They limo was extremely dated and worn out and not what I was expecting at all. I never would have thought I would be sent a car like that when you rent a limo. My car is nicer than the limo that was sent. I was really looking forward to a fun surprise for him and I was embarrassed when I saw the condition of the limo. But we all went in it because I already bought tickets for the six of us for a play and then dinner after. The total I paid was $525 and I gave the driver a $20 tip. Had the limo for six hours. I am extremely extremely disappointed with the car that was sent. I was embarrassed by the condition of the limo and that was my birthday surprise to him. I called and emailed the owner Emil about my experience. He was not helpful to resolve my issue and only offered me back $75 dollars as a refund. Extremely rude on the phone. The worst experience. I was quoted $650 and once we were dropped off I was charged a total of almost $1200. I never signed anything or received a receipt. This amount doesn't include the $300 I "tipped" the driver. The company wouldn't respond to my complaint. Don't allow them the chance to steal from you too. read more

Scammers & liars! I rented a party bus for my husbands birthday, the night went well other then the driver being late. The next morning I get an email saying that we had vandalize the bus and punched out the TV in the back and they charged me $2,000. Please note I had video proof that the bus was in perfect condition when we left my husband even cleaned up the trash for the driver when he dropped us off at home. The driver never said anything about us "being unprofessional" during the trip as he accused us of being the next day. They were extremely unprofessional when I spoke to them on the phone essentially calling me a liar. Thankfully my credit card company was able to do an investigation and we were reimbursed for the full amount. Please be aware that this is apparently something that happens quite often with transportation companies and to do your due diligence to check out the vehicle and take photos afterwards so you cannot be accused of false information. read more

For my wedding we requested and had contracted a black stretch limo, that was suppose to roll out a red carpet and have JUST MARRIED on the back. I got: a hummer limo, with BLARING horrible rap music, no red carpet, no just married sign. The worst possible ending to my fairy tale day. I would NEVER use them again. I was desperate to find a ride to the airport that didn't involve punishing my family members by having them wake up at 4:30am on a weekend morning. Since that first time, I have used their service a few more times. Even though I had gone months between service, the drivers remembered me; and, I found that to be a pleasant surprise. The drivers I have interacted with have always been extremely pleasant, punctual and conversational. The cars are immaculate and very comfortable. There is a surcharge for wee hours of the morning pick-ups, but that is the norm for any car service and it was only $10. Definitely using them again! read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I reserved a limo a week in advance to pick up my boss & family to take them to the airport for their vacation. I emailed back and forth with Emil and confirmed the date, time and address several times. They were supposed to pick up my boss & family at home at 6am on a Saturday and take the to the airport. They never showed so my boss called and the driver was AT THE AIRPORT! Then my boss had to scramble to get everyone loaded and drove himself to the airport almost missing their flight. I called Emil and he blamed it on the driver. It was Emil's responsibility to make sure the driver knew where to go and check his schedule. They charged me $180 for the trip that never happened!! My husband booked Ballantyne Limousine as a surprise for my birthday. Due to unforeseen circumstances we asked to reschedule- keep or deposit but let us reschedule. You see, our 6 week old son was admitted to Levine Children's hospital. He was hooked up to IVs, given test after test, x Ray after X-ray, shot after shot... I spent my birthday and the 4 days following in the hospital caring for my baby and praying for his recovery. When we explained the situation to the owner, we asked the owner of we could reschedule the OWNER said "business is business" and charged us full price for the limo to sit in front of our house while we cared for our sick son at the hospital.. I strongly urge you to consider booking a different limo company. One that perhaps has a heart and would offer some compassion as our family struggles to make our son healthy and happy again. I had arranged a limo so my daughter could have a fun birthday celebration with her friend. We were going to see the lights at McAdenville. On our way there the driver got off course for more than 15 minutes causing us to go outside of the 3- hour window of time that I had arranged for. The owner was not willing to budge and charged me for another full hour. The heat didn't work, only the AC, so these 2 girls had cold air blowing on them until we figured out how to turn it off. The driver couldn't get it to work either. When I complained to the owner about this he told me it was working and that he'd drive it over to my house to prove it. I told him that it was his responsibility to confirm everything worked, not mine. As well, several windows had large cracks in them covered in tape and the interior was straight from the 90's.
