We had two different drivers, both of which were very friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. They were very professional and had the attire to match. He was very, very timely, picking up my vehicle and dropping it off within minutes of his estimated times. Incredible! He made it clear he was always available and I was welcome to call him at any time, but I never needed to call because he made it from the east coast of North Carolina to Los Angeles in 6 days! Due to my travel changes and his speedy delivery, I was not able to meet him for pick-up, so my mother had to meet him. My car is a stick shift and my mother does not know how to drive it, so Bruce drove his truck as close as possible to my mother's house and drove my car into the driveway himself, alleviating my mom from probably destroying my clutch. This type of service is truly appreciated and worth paying a little extra for (even though their price was within ~$50 of other companies)! I will definitely be using this company (and probably trying to request Bruce) in the future. Highly recommend!!

The decision to call Silver Fox Limo's was the best and smartest decision ever! Not did it only allow every one to have a good time and have a drink or three...LOL, the spacious limo bus was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. Silver Fox provided the perfect size vehicle equipped with a cooler with water for each of the passenger. Our driver Luise (who we highly recommend) was a perfect gentleman. He was so polite and patient though out the evening. Ensuring each passenger was accounted for due to the multiple stops that we were making throughout the evening, Helped each one of us on/off the bus so that we wouldn't plant face onto the streets. Twenty-two passengers, multiple stops and an amazing driving with Silver Fox made the night perfect. I highly recommend asking for Luise if you can -- he made the whole night stress free. I guess it is due to new ownership? Still haven't figured that out but wasn't CLT Limos fault. The driver was great, experience was great! Would work with them again!

Michael was a safe driver, very punctual and prompt, and made the whole process so easy and smooth. He even took a detour around uptown after the show to ensure we used up our time to the fullest. I will definitely be booking with this company again in the future. Price was great, and the condition of the bus was excellent with comfortable seats and a great sound system & lights. We had 15 people in our group, definitely recommend the larger 26 passenger bus for space. Overall 10/10!
