Unfortunately, if you are used to using a car service in a big city (where there is any actual competition), you will be dismayed by the lack of professionalism provided by this company. I was sitting on the airplane with minutes to go before takeoff when I received a vm asking if it was ok that the company was not able to provide a car seat for my toddler. Seeing as car seats are required by law, clearly this could not possibly be ok. Once we landed, I called a number provided on our email reservation to find out how to meet our car. The dispatcher is nearly impossible to understand. I was told that plans had changed and a new driver was going to pick us up and that I should call the new driver. Mind you, this is all happening while we are at baggage claim after a 5 hour flight with 3 young children crawling all over us. Long story short, after standing outside at airport pick-up trying to juggle our many suitcases while making sure that our children did not run into traffic, I was told that yet a different driver was going to pick us up. After calling him, it became clear to me that he was not yet at the airport. We canceled the service and were in an Uber within minutes. Finally, we should have taken it as a sign when we arrived at the airport in a car provided by this company after the first leg of our journey to discover that one of our bags had not made it out of the car. A frantic call to the driver brought him back -- along with our bag. I have never before had an experience where the driver did not remove all of the baggage from his car. Well, lesson learned (finally). Never again.
