This is no longer the wonderful bowling alley it used to be. It is now an entertainment center catering to... I have no idea whom. The place is dark and gloomy, you can't see the marks on the alleys because they have night lights/colors/music going 24/7. When you walk in it just FEELS corporate. The staff is stiff and do not appear to be having a good time. This is a prime example of a corporation taking over what was a terrific establishment and turning it into a pile of garbage. Completely out of touch. NOTE - not all Spare Time facilities are this bad. The ones in Northampton and East Longmeadow are both EXCELLENT. I'll never go back to "Bradley Bowl" again. Sad. read more

Good place to get a quality cold beer, quesadilla and friendly barkeep. The place is clean and the menu looks good for other options. It was off season for bowlers so the bar was nice and quiet. They should add a happy hour component to it. read more

I came here since I was staying around the Airport for 3 nights. The place is pretty clean and the machine looks very new!. Staffs are very friendly. and not pricey at all during weekends ($ 4.50 / Person / Game) Shoes were $ 3.25 / pair. They are having a summer promotion, They will give you a complimentary game for the next time you come and play.! They also offer alcoholic beverages, snacks. Latenights they do dim the lights and play the music a little loud with some laser lights all over the place. read more

When I heard this place was recently renovated, I knew I had to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! The new look is so nice and clean! On top of bowling, they've got great bar drinks and food, an "elite suite" for parties, an arcade, laser tag and an escape room! This is the perfect place for a night out or a rainy day. Regardless of covid conditions right now, we paid for an hour of bowling and it took them the whole hour to even serve us and bring us food. Couldn't go and order it ourselves, had to wait for a waitress to bring it to us. Not worth the money and not worth the time. If you want to bowl head to the East long meadow location. What an amazing place. Everything was redone and it looks astounding. All the staff were nice and did very well during the busiest day they'll probably ever have. I went during their grand opening and was not disappointed. Companies were able to buy lanes for the night for their workers and it made it a very fun experience. Went here with my friend and the staff asked us to pay for our food before we actually received it. when i asked for what reason they needed us to do that (i've been to this location more than enough times and was never asked this) our waitress said "in case you walk out without paying". i gave her my card but was still very uneasy about the whole situation. after actually thinking about it for a minute or two, i turned my card off and waited for her to return to tell me my payment was declined. The white people in the lane next to us also had food so i asked them if they had to pay beforehand and they said no! so this made me very upset. When she came back, I mentioned to her how the people next to us didn't have to pay and i also mentioned that i was there less than a week ago (i had the same waitress) with my boyfriend and we had a conversation with her about her husband working at the same place my boyfriend worked (my boyfriend knew her husband!!). her response was "sometimes i ask for payment, sometimes i don't". like WHAT??? NO, if you think i'll steal my $20 meal because i'm black, just say that! I asked for the manager and some short frail older white man came up to us (I believe his name was Chris or Gary or something like that). his name tag said guest services....he was also cleaning bowling balls (what kind of manager does that) ! He told me they always do that (which didn't happen when i came with my boyfriend a few days prior). they knew what they were doing was wrong!! we ended up leaving and didn't even play the game we actually PAID for. disgusting undercover racists are everywhere. please be careful POCs! I was there tonight with my family and a couple of my son's close friends to celebrate his 15th birthday, and had horrible service. The waitress had a horrible demeanor, needs to be better trained. Waited 2 hours for lanes, which can be understandable since it was a Friday night, ordered food 1 hour into the 2 hour wait for the lanes, an hour later our lanes were ready, but our food was not. Explained that to the lady, and she said, she'd give up our lanes, and call us when the next lanes were ready. About a half hour or more later, we were notified once again that our lanes were ready, but we still hadn't gotten our food. By this time, the lady took the notification thing away, and told me to just come up after we were done eating. By the time we finally got our food, we had screaming kids, and didn't get to bowl. So I paid $90 on a "cheese" pizza, which should've been renamed a sauce pizza, because there was barely any cheese on it, 2 orders of boneless wings, and regular drinks, which the waitress brought my 3 year old nephew a nice tall glass of chocolate milk, that she expected him to handle by himself, and brought my grown sister, a kid's soda, when if she would've listened, it was 2 kids chocolate milks, and an adult soda. When we tried to inform the manager of the poor service, so that she could possibly improve it for the next time, we were brushed off as if she didn't care. Never again will I go or bring anyone there. I left no tip for the rude, untrained waitress. That is the first time I've not left a tip, and I always tip above the 20%. Yea, I could've planned ahead and called ahead, but I wasn't sure if they took reservations or orders ahead of time, but not at any point did an employee say, hey, it may take a bit, because we had someone order 4 goliath pies, but in the future, you could always call us, and reserve lanes, and put your food order in ahead of time. Came in tonight and there was a 2 hour wait so we decided to have dinner. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Never got our water until we asked multiple times. When the food arrive about 45 minutes later we only received 3 place settings. There were five of us. No plates were provided and one of the orders was wrong. By the time we could eat, everything was cold. When it finally came time to bowl we got an amazing waitress. Brianna I believe was her name. I Started a tab with her and a few minutes later a different waitress came to start a new tab. This was extremely confusing as there should only be one waitress per lane. This place, although very modern and new, was extremely disorganized! If I could give Brianna 5 stars I would but the rest of the people who work here are extremely incompetent. read more

My daughter and I stopped there on a Sunday. They have a great deal $10 per person for unlimited bowling and shoes. My daughter and I had a blast taking pictures of herself with the scoring machine and bowling; afterward we went into the arcade. I was bowling with my family and that part was very fun no complaints. After we were done we went The restaurant to eat. Thats when things that's when things where disappointing. Drinks took 20 minutes which we had to ask for. We never got silverware which we also had to ask for. The food came out at all different times and we had to take home the "pizza" because it came out 10 minutes after everyone else was done eating. I put "pizza" because we asked for a pizza but the waiter asked if we wanted it on a flatbread and we said no and still got it on a flatbread. There was 1 waiter for the whole place and it took him about a minute to get from the kitchen to the other side of the place which isn't his fault they just need to have more people working. While he was working on these 5 tables he was also working the bar which there was people waiting for drinks! When we asked for the manager she just listen and gave a smug look. She could of handled the situation more professionally but didn't do anything about it. She was walking around the restaurant doing nothing to help the waiter and to make things run more smoothly. I just wanted to advise of my recent dissatisfaction when trying to book some lanes for a birthday party to happen on March 3rd. My original request for more information was submitted to the website on Feb 9th and was answered rather promptly on Feb 11th. But after several emails and phone calls no one ever responded back. I was originally emailing with Amy about the private event space or renting lanes. Once she sent me the information on these I reached out to her to see what her schedule was so I could stop in and book something vs. going back and forth through email. I emailed Amy twice asking when she'd be there and received no response. On Thursday Feb 21st I then called the alley and was transferred to Amy's voicemail and I left a message. Then on Saturday Feb 23rd I called around 11am and was transferred to Stephen. Stephen advised me that it was very busy and that weekends are busy and to call back on Monday. I realize you are busy and that this location was newly renovated and opened for business but this is just very disappointing. And the most frustrating part now is all the time I wasted trying to get ahold of someone there. Now we are a week away from the party date and need to scramble and book somewhere else. If you're a beginner or an above average bowler, this is the place to go. Large house with plenty of lanes, unlike most other houses in the area which are small and can't handle large groups. Plenty of off lane things to do like: Game room/arcade for the kids, Snack bar for all your food and drink, Litchco's Pro Shop for all your bowling needs and a lounge for your after game relaxation. Like the other post said, they offer late night bowling with music, black lights and disco lighting...good time to be had for all The Pro's used to go there on the yearly basis for the Tums Classic before going to the Stadium type event so you know they have to be a well maintained establishment. we had been waiting more then two hours for a lane when a bunch of people came in and formed a line and were being put in lanes right away . i'm sorry that your understaffed but come on. when our buzzer finally started buzzing we had to then wait in the line just to pay because they don't let u pay when u reserve a lane. then we are told it would be another 20 minutes to get a lane. we just walked out at that point that's ridiculous i don't think i'm ever gonna go there again. read more
