So reasonably priced, plenty of people working to accommodate walk ins, and made sure that you were happy with the service before you leave. What more can you ask for! The decor is adorable and doesn't look like you're in a cheap salon and from what I see they have some very skilled people working. They offer drinks and while I was in the manager was helping and making sure all the nail techs had what they needed and connected the clients with technicians. The only thing I'd like to see is an easily navigated website and online booking system so it would be nice to be prepared for how busy it'll be in the store. Plus it may help to get some more business in the doors. Great location! read more

This place was fabulous!!! I got a horrible set of acrylics at a different place, but Tammy was awesome. She fixed my nails and made them perfect. It has a great environment and the people are very friendly and easy to talk to. LOVE THIS PLACE, MADE MY DAY! read more

I'm pretty new to getting my nails done and still don't really know what's normal, but my pedicure here was a fantastic experience! Everyone was so nice and the place was clean and welcoming. The woman who did my pedicure was polite, nice, and seemed to really know what she was doing. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the price. Would happily return! read more

Sparadise Nails - Very pretty and well painted toe-nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Ballwin, Missouri

Awful. Brought my daughters there. One lady actually told me she can't give my daughter a manicure because it would hurt her. My daughter has had many manicures and she never been hurt. Then when they were finished, both manicures looked bad. Overall though the extremely rude demeanour was over the top. I'm still shocked at how nasty all the women's who worked there were. Ruined the experience for my kids completely. read more

The tech was nice and easy to converse with, but the pedicure I received was not great. She did very little in terms of scrubbing and removing dry skin... it was truly a minimal effort. The water was cool and there was no foot massage. I got one coat of the polish I chose and one coat of clear on the top. I thought it looked ok, but at home, in better lighting, I saw just how thin and uneven that one coat of polish was. I paid $25 for that. I won't be going back. read more

My 5 year old loved the Hello Kitty Chair, and I loved the massage chair. Lots of options for a complementary drink, and the price for the Spa Pedi is reasonable. A very relaxing afternoon! read more

The man at front desk was telling girls they were to slow in his native language and what he failed to realize quiet a few people speak his native tongue! He was very aggressive and my friends nails looked like scoop shovels! Awful management read more

This was my first time going to this salon. I saw the reviews and decided to try it. I was going to Schnucks and it is right next door. The salon is quiet and seems clean. Everyone was very nice, offering me something to drink and asking me if the water felt ok. They have a large selection of colors, too. The tech showed me the price list and asked which one I would like. I picked the middle price one that had a few more things than the basic pedicure. He was a little rough with the scrubbing on my callouses and scratched my foot. Also, there are parts of my foot that are a little rougher than when I went in. Then in the middle of it, he said that he could only do the cheaper pedicure because he did not have time for the other one. He did do a good job of applying the polish. I don't know if I will give them another try or go back to my usual place. read more

Sparadise Nails - Scrubbing was a little too rough. - Nail Salons Near Me - Ballwin, Missouri

They did a wonderful job for someone who knows nothing about nails. I don't get my nails done often to do work (hospital setting) and they were able to give me the length I wanted with just a few tips while leaving my natural nails that were long enough. I did a dip powder and it stayed put my entire Cancun trip! I got gel on my toes and it's been 3 weeks and they haven't budged. The complimentary drinks are a nice touch as well. read more

Nice place but mixed feelings. First time my friend and I had great experiences. Second time, our toes both look great but I didn't get leg massage. When I said something the technician tried to convince me I did, but my friend had noticed also. read more

Our new place for pedicures!!! Came in with my boyfriend for the first time to get the couple pedicure and was very pleased. They do have variety of pedicure services and we pick there signature one which they called it "Sparadise Pedi" this option includes a glass of wine, paraffin wax, sugar scrub, foot mask and lotion. For all of these we only pay $40. They jokes and make us laugh and make us feel like home. I highly recommend this place to everyone who look for a friendly environment and professional staffs. read more

This place really is amazing! Always a great job on my nails, friendly and relaxing environment. This morning I rushed in with a broken nail emergency and they fixed it beautifully and quickly, and didn't charge me for the fix even though I would have paid a premium. Great place! All the staff was nice, professional and dressed really great! Accommodating and they did a great job. It was my first time there and I will be going back. Good for kids too! They have the most adorable Hello Kitty chairs!! My 6 yo loved it. read more

Nail techs did a good job. Nice and clean place. New everything and conveniently located. Been there three times and the techs seem pushy with wanting you to upgrade. Pedicures are nice and professional. No issues other than the push to buy more services. read more

This was my first time going to this salon and the whole experience was great. I didn't have an appointment but I got there as they were opening on Saturday morning and was able to get right in. Everything was really relaxing, the rates were great and all of the ladies working there were super friendly! read more

I had an appointments today for myself and my daughter today for Mani/Pedi's. I realized that that my appointment would take a little longer since I do the dip method. My tech, Angel knew that I booked her for the Pedi too. But after my nails were done, she told me to go wash my hands and as soon as I did, a very loud talking woman moved into the chair I was sitting in and Angel proceeded to do her nails! Angel did not say one word to me that she was passing me off to anyone or to go to the Pedi area and someone would be with me. In fact there was confusion by everyone as to what was happening! Even the young man that handles the reception area didn't know what was happening. Finally I was given to a woman that was to do my Pedi. She knew nothing about the color I discussed with Angel. Turns out Angel was wrong when she told me she could match a dip color with a nail polish. I paid $25 for a pedicure that only lasted maybe 15 minutes with no polish! I had already been in there an hour & 45 minutes. Enough! The reception guy came back with plenty of excuses - The girls made a mistake in the appointments. How is that my fault? I had an appointment. It's prom. How is that my fault? I had an appointment. Only certain techs do acyclic or gel or whatever! How is that my fault? I had an appointment! I had an appointment @ 5p for Mani Pedi with Angel. It was so very unprofessional for Angel to leave me in the middle of my appointment to take another customer that no one could ever tell me if the other customer had an appointment or not. Regardless, even if she did - my appointment was first! My daughter had Mandy and she had a great experience! Mandy also does my sister-in-law too. I will be booking with Mandy from now on. read more

I love this nail salon so much and for those of you that are acrylic lovers such as myself will too! Unfortunately living in Missouri really limits you to having the best nail experience... but SParadise is amazing, they really know what they are doing. My acrylics turned out exactly like the picture I showed them. If you are anything like me you go based off of pictures and not reviews, I'll post a picture of my nails they are wonderful and glossy! I can't stop staring at them. I forgot to take down the name of the young man who did them but he was polite and was very concentrated. It's an amazing nail salon and it's not too expensive either! I will definitely be going here again. read more

The prices are reasonable, but the service appears quite variable. I went with a friend to get mani/pedi, and it's like we went two different places. She got a really nice young lady who was thorough and attentive and really nice (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name, but she's studying to be a med student). My friend was very happy with her service and end result. I got the woman who seemed disinterested and in a hurry. I barely had my feet in the water before she was pulling them out to start. She rushed through the pedi and didn't seem to care when she was causing discomfort or tickling my feet. I think the massage component was about 60 seconds long. The mani was similarly rushed. She had my mani and pedi BOTH completely done before my friend was even getting polish put on her toes (and no, her person wasn't going too slowly). It was also louder in there than I like, and the lights were bright. I prefer the salons where the lights are a little dimmed and they're not playing Top 40 music. I didn't find this experience comfortable or relaxing. Based on our experience, it seems that the service here is inconsistent. If you get a good person, you'll enjoy it. read more

This is a lovely, calm nail salon with reasonable rates. It looked so new that I asked how long they have been there- 15 months.

One of the best nail salons in the area! I have tried many different nail salons through out town and have never been more impressed. The salon is clean, updated, and relaxed. All of the technicians are friendly and do an excellent job. They even offer complimentary drinks to ensure that you're comfortable. All of the employees go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. The pricing is good and they offer student discounts. Sparadise is the only salon I will go to from now on; stop in, you won't be disappointed! read more

What a great Experience! Eric did a fabulous Job! Loving the ombre chrome Finish! Very relaxing setting too.

I used to come to this place all the time and never had a problem. First off my guy got up and left for 10 minutes and never gave me an explanation of what happened. I asked for long nails and he cut them as short as they can be. Very disappointed in my nails, they are sloppy and the total opposite of what I wanted, now I have to go to my dance with nails I don't want to show off. read more

I have been going to this place for several years. Recently I have noticed a decline in service but today was my break up moment. My sister, daughter and I went in for mani/pedis. My daughter decided to get the best pedicure option instead of a manicure but my sister and I decided to stick with the regular pedicure and get the mani too. We were greeted immediately and signed in, then taken back right away to the pedicure chairs....so far so good. Pedicures started and my guy seemed in a bit of a hurry compared to the other tow but hey, I was willing to cut some slack because we walked in without an appointment. Unfortunately, he skimped on everything right down to shaping the nails and the massage (he basically rubbed a little lotion on my legs and called it a day). He then got up and walked away....came back with another lady and said "she will paint". Meanwhile, my daughters awesome pedicure was in progress and my sister was getting her lovely legs massaged and had her fingers soaking for her manicure. So my toes are now being painted by the lady, she finishes and stands up and walks away. I looked at my sister, who is now getting her fingers prepped for prettiness, and said I wonder who will be doing my manicure. I finally had to ask the gal that was doing my sisters mani/pedi who was going to do my nails. She went and asked my original guy what the story was and came back and said he was fixing someone else's nails and would be back in a little bit. By now both my sister and daughter were done so forget it. I was disappointed nothing was communicated as to why I was skipped and sat there while the other girls I came in with were finished. And why I got passed to someone else and then she didn't really finish my service either. I think it's time for a break from this place. I will be checking out other recommended places. read more

I called ahead to make sure they could do a lace nail design, describing what I wanted. The guy on the phone said: yeah, of course we can do that. I show up to my appointment, and the women all say they don't know how to do it, and it's a sticker, not an actual hand-drawn design. The salon in the city that I used to go to can do this by hand as well as the local artist who posted the picture that inspired me. I get not everyone can do it, but why tell me you can if you can't, and why try to deny that it's hand drawn? I guess I'll have to drive further out to get what I want. read more

This business gave me the best mani-pedi I've had in a long time! Beautiful interior to match the beautiful work they do. There wasn't a language barrier between my tech and I, and she was very kind. They might seem pricey but it is very worth it. I highly recommend Sparadise Nails! read more

My daughter and I decided to have a nail day. We were greatly by a super nice man. A nail tech came a greated us and answered questions we had about gel nails or dip nails for my daughter. She was very sweet with my daughter. I of course got a pedicure Jessica was very sweet and did a wonderful job with my toes!!! This place was friendly clean and everyone is so nice!!! We made an appointment for next month read more

I had a horrible experience today. I came 3 weeks ago and I saw Mandy who was super nice and convinced me to get a gel. I was a little reserved as previously the gel was removed very aggressively, which destroyed my nails. She convinced me they remove it gently by soaking my nails for a while, which won't destroy them. Mandy wasn't working today and the new manicurist just started pealing off the coat by scratching off an edge and then lifting the whole coat off the nail. When I explained I didn't want that she was very annoyed. She soaked my nails for a couple of minutes after which she again scraped them very aggressively. In the middle of my manicure she said she had to leave and I need to get up and go to another manicurist... I thought that was the worst of it until I came home and my nails hurt to the point that I cannot touch anything. Needless to say I won't come back here ever again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I tried to give them no stars but my review won't post. So I'll try this again since I believe so strongly in everyone knowing my experience. I went to have my eyebrows waxed, "Mimi" did them while talking and laughing with someone else. She kept trying to sell other services. I gave her explicit instructions on what to do and she didn't listen to me. My eyebrows were ruined, totally different looking, skinny and unnatural. I had been growing them out for a long time to get a more natural look. Jason told me to come back and they would "fix". I was desperate so I did, big mistake. They made my eyebrows look like they were colored in with a sharpie. City of Ballwin, please check these people out to make sure they all have legitimate cosmetology licenses! read more

I have been going to Spradise for a few months and was always very satisfied; however, the last 3 experiences have made me rethink returning. The attitudes of the people doing manicures, with one exception has declined. The last visit I noticed a man who just stood behind the person doing the manicures the whole time. It was rather uncomfortable for him to stand there watching. My friend had an acrylic dip applied but her manicurist made the layers much too thick. It seemed the manicurist was more interested in having her own nails done by the man standing behind her. Since my last gel manicure my nails have started breaking for the first time ever. I don't know why the customer service has declind but my friend and I have no intention of spending money at a business that doesn't seem to appreciate it. The front desk manager and the manicurist named Tammy are the only bright spots in the experience and Tammy is no longer there most of the time. We won't return. read more

After going here probably around 6 times total, I've decided to just go elsewhere. I kept hoping it would get better and it just doesn't. So unfortunate because their facilities are great. Really nice atmosphere and up to date chairs etc. However, I just feel like their staff really needs some training on customer service. Every single time I've gone I've had a different person doing my service and each and every time I've been disappointed. Every person is rude, in a hurry, and not professional. If you're charging a premium price like this place is, you have to be willing to put in the training with your employees to make it a premium experience. There are several really young girls who have horrible attitudes and generally act like they're being tortured to serve you. Last time I went I was put with a man who I had never seen there before. I went with my mom and sister to get gel manicures and we all started at the same time but mine was somehow done 30 minutes earlier. I am a mom to 3 young kids and it is rare for me to pay for a service like this. And when I do I expect to be treated well. It's really disappointing to have a service done so poorly when you're trying to relax. The manicure itself LOOKS fine but I'd bet you the majority of women go to get manicures and pedicures for a relaxing experience. So, all that being said, there's no way I am returning after being let down so many times. read more
