Since it was after hours, I contacted Righty Tighty for an emergency repair. Mike, the owner, and his technician, Justin, came out that night and worked tirelessly on the repairs. They stayed until 11 p.m. to make sure the situation was under control. Justin returned the following day and spent another 11 hours working to reroute my water lines and find the best solution. Both Mike and Justin were extremely knowledgeable and clearly understood what needed to be done. Justin did an excellent job, and I was especially impressed by how he was able to complete the repairs with very minimal penetration into my walls. About a week after the repair, I noticed that one of my showers wasn't getting enough cold water. I contacted them again, and they came back out, cleaned the sediment from my lines, and got everything working perfectly. I highly recommend Righty Tighty for all your plumbing and contracting needs.
