Our water heater went out and after going round and round with the warranty company we reached out to a company we previously used and was totally ghosted so I turned to YELP. KDP Plumbing not only responded to my request asap but someone came out the next day. Kurtis, the owner provided us with an arrival timeline and set a fair price. Thankfully, our water heater was under warranty and the tech/Nolan was able to swap out the old for a new one with no problem. Nolan not only did a wonderful job, he was professional, very personable, explained everything and answered our questions. Unfortunately, we had a leak inside the walls which was seemingly ongoing and Nolan came back out, fixed the problem cleaned up the area and my family is relieved. (No more cold showers!!!) KDP Plumbing is our go to over home warranty companies. Thank you!

I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

They are always responsive, and their plumbers are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The work is done properly, and they always make sure everything is cleaned up when they're finished. Scott himself is also very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had water damage related to the water heater, he provided great advice on dealing with the insurance claim and made sure everything was well documented, which was extremely helpful. It's been nice having a plumbing company we can rely on. We've been very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Scott Cole Plumbing.

My line was backed up to our cleanout well that held about 20 gallons. I called Scott Cole for the locality and family owned operation. I support small business. They came out in about 2 hours. Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. Please give me a quote for that service?

He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well.
