I tried a few times to click on it thinking it was my phone and am still unable to click on it. I wish I had a computer to see if I could click on the policy but never need one with the phones today. The princess was also 20 minutes late and some guests ended up leaving before she arrived so that was a smidge embarrassing. HOWEVER! The person I spoke to on the phone and through email was always polite and professional which should not go unnoticed. When princess Aurora did arrive, she was the perfect princess and dressed the part! I do have to say as annoyed as I am for the lateness and surprise charges, she was worth it.
