We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

    This was a very frustrating service experience…read more I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance for a recall repair and was told the parts were in stock and that it would be completed the same day. Based on that, I planned my day around dropping the vehicle off early. After dropping the vehicle off, I later found out the part was NOT actually available and there was no clear timeline for when it would be. I ended up having to take the vehicle back. To their credit, they did call later and said the part could arrive within the next few days and asked me to bring it back, but the initial lack of preparation completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead and wasted my time. On top of that, I was given a ~$9,500 list of recommended services. I understand my vehicle has ~156k miles and will need maintenance, that's not the issue. The issue is that several of the items listed were things I had just recently replaced: - Drive belt replaced ~9 months ago (~4,000 miles) - Battery replaced ~6 months ago (~2,000 miles) - Cabin air filter replaced within the last 30 days Despite this, all three were recommended for replacement. When I questioned these, the advisor partially walked them back, which made the inspection feel inconsistent and hard to trust. The battery test was also confusing. The report showed 12.73V and 613 CCA out of 710, yet it was labeled as a "fail," even though the vehicle starts perfectly every time. It even said "cranking result: fail". At that point, it became difficult to tell what was actually necessary versus what was being recommended. Overall, the combination of unconfirmed parts, poor communication, and inconsistent inspection results made this a disappointing experience. I would recommend confirming that recall parts are physically in stock and reserved before bringing your vehicle in, and getting a second opinion on any major service recommendations. It's now been nearly a month since this visit. I was told someone would follow up regarding my concerns, but I have not been contacted. That lack of follow-through is concerning and raises questions about the level of communication and customer care throughout this experience.

This is actually my third vehicle from this dealership--and my first used one--which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had built a level of trust over time, and that trust is completely gone. A price was quoted in writing via text, I showed up, and suddenly it was $8,000 higher. After pushing back, they "magically" brought it down. Classic bait-and-switch behavior--plain and simple. Now that a price was agreed upon, it was off to haggle with finance. I bought a used, high-mileage vehicle and was sold a warranty that was supposed to protect me from costly repairs down the road. Within 3 days of signing paperwork and the night I picked up the keys, 6 April 26, problems showed up. When I filed a claim, I was told those exact issues had already been reported before the sale, so they were excluded from coverage. That means the warranty I paid for was essentially worthless the moment I drove off the lot. Let me be very clear: I would not be writing this review if those issues had been covered. Most of these repairs would have been covered if they had happened after the sale--but because they appear to have been known and not disclosed, I'm stuck paying for them. To be fair, both the salesperson, George, and finance staff, Edgar, were pleasant and amicable during the purchase process. However, that changed quickly when I returned with concerns. I was then told by the salesperson that he was "just sales" and did not deal with those issues--while also acknowledging that there were known problems with the vehicle. That contradiction was extremely concerning. This is not based on memory alone--I have documentation and recorded conversations that support these events, including statements acknowledging known issues prior to the sale. When the car was brought back 2 days after purchase, their service department said to leave and refused to even look at it because it was sold "as-is." No accountability, no support--nothing. Trying to get documentation was a joke. I was told the service manager was "at the gym," then that there was no one else could help. Only after pushing did I finally get a report--one that confirmed exactly what two independent shops later found wrong with the vehicle. In addition to returning to the dealership twice, I also made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I sent two emails to the salesperson, George, which went unanswered, and reached out to the service manager, Mr Hale, requesting assistance as well. Those efforts were ignored, which only adds to the lack of accountability and support after the sale. This entire experience raises serious red flags about deceptive pricing, failure to disclose known issues, and selling warranties that don't actually protect the buyer. After reading other reviews, it's clear this is a pattern, not a one-off situation. If this situation resonates with you, or you've had similar experiences at this dealership or any other, now is the time to speak up--I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer The only way businesses like this change is when enough consumers push back and demand accountability. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing. Have the car inspected independently before you sign anything. Demand to know what they know about the car. Passing a safety inspection doesn't mean there aren't other known issues. If you're considering Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale--don't. After nearly a decade of positive experiences, it's clear something has changed in their sales practices and level of honesty--and not for the better. But, don't take my word for it--read the other Yelp reviews and you'll find multiple accounts of similar experiences and concerns.

    Just bought my BMW X5M today and I had to share my experience…read more I dealt with Luis Mejia and he worked with me the past week on email. My appointment was today at 1pm and Luis was gracious, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a friend coming to visit. The experience took about two hours and then I was passed over to Joon Shin in finance. I usually dread dealing with the finance department as I have had negative experiences in the past. However, Joon was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made me feel very comfortable as though we knew each other already. I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these two gentlemen were, and kudos to Bell Lexus for onboarding great people like Luis and Joon. Thank you so much, I will be referring people to your dealership.

    DO NOT LEASE OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!…read more Don't ask me why, but I just leased my third vehicle from these clowns. It is a 2021 Alfa Stelvio and a great car, but a lousy dealership. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

After a short while we fell in love with the 2026 Nissan Armada! Ahmad Aldasouqi, the finance manager was amazing to work with as well! He was knowledgeable, respectful and really worked with us so that we felt comfortable but most importantly happy with the purchase. Our sales advisor was Callen who is very personable and answered all our questions while test driving some vehicles. Callen has outstanding customer service skills and we highly recommend seeing him at this lot. Great experience with Moses who is in the finance department. There were a few hiccups with the paperwork but everything was resolved smoothly. Moses was extremely professional and answered all our questions. We had some minor issues fixed by Billy Ferreri in the service department. He handled everything and resolved the minor issue with our vehicle. 5 stars to Billy in the service dept. Pinnacle Nissan is located in Scottsdale. I took my sister here also and she decided to get a car who was also helped by the amazing Callen. This place is Yelp Elite approved !!!!
