Hideaway Storage treated me with politeness and professionalism, but also treated me with kindness when I was out-of-town and late paying my bill. There storage units were HONESTLY air-conditioned; Public Storage claims their outside units are air conditioned, but it's a lie. Hideaway's space was always clean and plenty of carts were readily available. I hesitated to do business with Hideaway Storage because I don't like it when businesses proselytize their religious beliefs, but other than signs in their office and advertising on their website, it was never mentioned, and they acted as good Christians should, in service to their community. I heartily recommend them!

My first unit went from $120 up to $160 plus tax over the course of the first 2 years. Now I changed to a smaller unit (size of a small walk in closet) and that went from under $100 to $117.00 in less than a year. I am nervous for it to go up again before I can get down there and empty it. When I called to ask why it keeps going up she said they have competitive dynamic pricing. So as soon as I can get a flight to FL I will have to get rid of my storage. If it were more economical I would just keep it. Not their fault but when I went to down size both dumpsters were filled to the top with personal information from a guy who had a unit for his accounting business. We had to make many trips to other places to dispose of any garbage. The very nice employee explained what happened but it was definitely frustrating.

The manager, Robert, was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful during the process, taking the time to explain every detail to ensure I was comfortable with the changes. I'm beyond grateful I took his advice, especially after losing many of my belongings in the past hurricane. Thank you, Robert & Storage King USA for making this transition a positive and reassuring experience! (Thank you storage king for bringing Robert on board as the past employee was far from pleasant or professional. You have a gem working for you, genuinely a great employee). Looking forward to many years with this company. 5 Stars !
