I saw a few neighbors talking about this new mobile Groomer to our area. I reached out, asked some questions about pricing and booked an appointment. Today was our first one. Christena arrived promptly (in fact, a few minutes early !) we discussed a general idea of what I was looking for and then off she and Penske went to her mobile grooming salon. Two hours later Penske was handed back to me and Salty Poms gained a new loyal customer. I couldn't be happier. His last cut was so uneven but not this time!!!!He looks freaking adorable

To my surprise they got me in the next day! The staff was very friendly and took great care of my little boy, Frank (mini long haired dachshund). I dropped him off around 10AM and he was done by 12:30. It was Franks first time at the groomer and he was happy and tail wagging when I brought him home. He has also never been this fluffy or soft, and his nails/paws looked great! He won't let me clip his nails at home and is finicky about his feet, but the groomer Ava had no issues at all. Highly recommend, reasonably priced, and will definitely come here again next time I'm in town.

I knew I was receiving an accurate account of my dog because Dee knew who the dog was by just her name. Trustworthiness and honesty while I was away earns Dee's Pet Resort 5 Stars. So this 1 Star review by Sandy V. becomes trivial compared to what DPR did for me. THIS IS AN UPDATE: As far as THE PAW SPA PET GROOMING, my…read morereview is still the same. After being to the vet and taking the medications, I'm glad to inform that KHLOE IS BACK TO HER OLD SWEET SELF. Meaning: she wasn't sick when she went to get groomed. She got sick 1-2 days after that so bad that we thought we were going to loose her (she's 16). ANOTHER MISTAKE was done and eventhough I tried to get the info from the vet (that I'm not going to mention here, but Khloe will no longer be their patient)... Before grooming, the employee asked me about her shots, which I did not have the info on hand... In front of me, she called (?) the vet who apparently gave her the okay to go ahead with the grooming. Detail: her BORDATELLA had expired on 10/25/25.Which I didn't know and I believe it's required for dogs who socialize with others. She should had denied service right there. At this point, I don't know who's "not telling the thruth". Khloe wasn't seen by her usual vet, but another one who's not listed on their website. When I enquired the vet, they "go around and around" without a "direct response" eventhough "all calls are recorded". I can only get to one conclusion: they're protecting each other. Be careful with who your trust "your babies" with... principally when they're old. We're their voices and it has been proved to me that not always these businesses have their best interest on mind, but that the $$$$ is way more important. Thanks to YELP who allow us to write here a review that can not be purchased and/or changed by the business owner. ps.1 - Yes... She had knots this time as many other times in the past. Groomers should know how to deal with that. Khloe was going there since 2022 and never had a problem with Ashley. ps. 2 - Owner said that it was going to send me a record of the conversation which I never got and now I probably have been blocked from her phone. Which, BTW it's okay with me because I really don't want to deal with either businesses anymore.

I have been brining my dog and cat (cat off and on when I go out of town) for over two years now. I can recall a time when my dog who is currently 11 was having tummy issues, turns out he has pancreatitis. Had an accident while at day care (he goes daily while I work) he had rice earlier that morning which made it look like worms. Tony called every number listed trying to get ahold of me and even called my mother who is also a client to track me down. He was so worried about my little guy he was getting ready to take him to the vet. Luckily I told Tony it was just rice so to keep an eye on him they had my little guy stay up front with them (with my permission of course). This morning was cold, rare for Florida causing my little guys arthritis to bother him, so they carried him back and kept a watchful eye on him and said if he was having problems, they would put him in a separate area so it didn't get aggravated further. Luckily, he was fine and played with all his friends. Every morning my dog gets so excited to go today care he does a "Happy Howl" as soon as we pull into the parking lot. When he sees Tony and Yolanda getting out of their car, he does another "Happy Howl" he absolutely loves them and going to Preppy Pet. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)
