Cherie and her staff were absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter and her friends had the best time at her party. Her boutique is beautifully decorated- just perfect for little girls!! Cherie and her staff are SUPER friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my little girl had the best birthday ever!! I can't thank her enough for making the day so special for my daughter and her friends. This is definitely her FAVORITE party and I'll be waiting for the adult spa

We booked a BFF and Me spa visit for my daughter's 5th birthday and had such a wonderful time! Cherie was so easy to work with and has created a beautifully designed spa for little kids. Everything from the robes to the scented scrubs was well thought out for the young spa-lover. She even has cute things to purchase too! We will be back. So much fun!!!!

Unbelievable from the salon to the service. The owner was able to fit me in at the very last minute for my girls birthday when they weren't even going to be open originally. They cannot rave about this place enough. It is absolutely stunning. They take great care and are so patient with a little ones. All of the products they have are what I would allow on my little. Nontoxic, safe and beautiful. This place is a must for any little girl! read more

My daughter had the full spa package with friends and loved every second of her party. Cherie and staff loved it just as much as the girls. From the adorable robes, facials, cotton candy scrub and mani and pedis, the girls were 100% pampered. Additionally, they have so many kid- friendly makeup products. Staff is friendly to the children. However, they rush the polish for toes & nails. It looked unprofessionally done for $30 a kid after it was finished. The Polish didn't last a week. I could have polished it free myself & did better. They were No snacks offered like the video on the website. They need to do better also by adding a massage chair & a real spa foot bath, not a basin like bowl with no bubbles or fizz. An adult spa is cheaper and does better. I feel like I wasted my money. read more

this is the go to place for your little girl and her friends to celebrate a birthday. the decor of Spa-Tacular is so beautiful and cute I want to move in myself! the attention to detail is what makes Spa-Tacular so much different from other party services in Richmond. this boutique is a one stop shop for all your birthday needs. I got presents, cake pops and entertainment all in one place without having to clean up my house before and afterwards. We even had one girl a little nervous about the idea of a fashion show (which were the princesses twirling them, showing them how to curtesy, and doing a pose of a princess of choice), but they were super accommodating with her too (not everyone loves the stage!). As a parent, it was great because the princesses and staff handled serving the food and cleanup. I think most of the girls were a little star struck and acted shy, but all gushed afterwards about it being so much fun. If we had more kids, I think I would have opted for an extra half hour, but 1.5 hours was perfect for the crowd we had! My recommendation would be to make sure to remind your guests to arrive right on time, especially if you're having a bigger party! It's a well oiled machine, but it works best when on time!

They do serve beverages; soda, juice, and alcohol. It was nice that there was a selection. They have a head spa which my friend and I tried out. We chose the Classic option that was really relaxing. A scalp massage and blow dry. The manager kept checking up on my friend and I if we were doing okay, which was very nice of her. While we were there, they gave us a free keychain and gift for the grand opening. Not sure if you can expect the same post-grand opening. This is definitely going to be our new spot to get our nails done. Worth checking out for sure!
