Just had my daughter's fifth birthday party here and it was magical! We showed up about ten minutes beforehand and Vanessa and her staff showed us where to setup, let us take a peek around, and made us feel comfortable. The space is awesome. The girls loved picking out a dress and getting their nails and makeup done with real makeup. The princesses are fantastic! Great voices, high quality costumes, wigs, and makeup. We had Elsa and Anna and they had such a cute entrance with so you want to build a snowman and let it go. We even had one girl a little nervous about the idea of a fashion show (which were the princesses twirling them, showing them how to curtesy, and doing a pose of a princess of choice), but they were super accommodating with her too (not everyone loves the stage!). As a parent, it was great because the princesses and staff handled serving the food and cleanup. I think most of the girls were a little star struck and acted shy, but all gushed afterwards about it being so much fun. If we had more kids, I think I would have opted for an extra half hour, but 1.5 hours was perfect for the crowd we had! My recommendation would be to make sure to remind your guests to arrive right on time, especially if you're having a bigger party! Castle Rock for my daughter's 6th birthday was amazing. Ariel was beautiful, personable and always in character. The staff was very attentive, and I did not have to touch anything once we stepped the the door. Just provide food, and they will plate it. The costumes were cute, decor cute, and concept is wonderful. The makeup room was amazing- but needed to be bigger- because that is where everyone wanted to be. I over all was very pleased head to toe. The only criticism is it needs a fresh paint job throughout and a bigger landing for where the princess ends/kids meet. read more

I absolutely love Castle Rock! I always see nothing but happiness and joy as the kids come through the door. From the second they walk in, their faces light up! They get so excited to see the endless amount of costumes, tiaras, and wands in the costume closet. I love to see the look on their faces as they look through infinite nail polishes for the perfect shade or for the perfect eyeshadow shades to match their costumes! When the character comes down however, is the real magic! Today's party had Moana and as she came down a silence fell over the kids, followed by screams of joy. It was absolutely magical. The kids always love getting to have one on one times with the characters and when the princess crowns the birthday girl "birthday princess of the day" it is so adorable! Castle Rock was an amazing venue for my daughter's 5th birthday party. I was convinced that the coronavirus would ruin our ability to have a party. Boy was I wrong! Iris and the staff at Castle Rock truly delivered a party fit for my princess and her royal guests. They were professional, courteous, talented, and paid attention to detail. Their new protocols to protect guests and staff from Covid19 made us feel safe, but still allowed for tons of fun. I literally JUST finished having my twins 7th birthday party here. Everything was simple and so amazing. I just had to show up with my children which took out all the extra guess work and stress off of me. My twins and their friends had so much fun. They were able to dress up, do nails and makeup, tea party and a dance party! The entire place was decorated with the mermaid theme I had picked out. They even provided the food for the children and cup cakes!!!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. My girls will be the talk of 1st grade. read more

Loved the idea of Castle Rock. Belle was wonderful! The place is horrible it is very worn. The place needs a major refresh from the paint to the bad art, to the bathroom and even the costumes. For the cost to throw a party there the place should be fresh and new looking. And the workers need to do a better job on the makeup. My daughter looked like a Thriller extra with pink eye shadow under her eyes. The only redeeming thing was Belle otherwise I would have given 1 star. If the owners freshened up the place it could be great! read more

My daughter had a party at castlerock and can not stop talking about her princess party. The staff was very accommodating and timely with the start and finish time. Professionalism was observed throughout the party. I brought about 20 little ones to join in on my daughter's birthday and truly enjoyed the tea time, live princesses, the makeup/nail spa, playing dress up and partying on stage. The concept is the ONLY good thing about hosting at this venue. WARNING: spend your hard earned money elsewere. $199 for ONE HOUR, nothing was provided (no refreshments/favors) the decorations were dollar store plates, napkins (no plasticware included) and cups. Ballons and table settings were left over from prior events earlier in the day. (My event was scheduled as the last event of the evening). I had a Minnie Mouse theme tea party, which i had to bring my own HOT WATER (no full kitchen) tea China (which Vanessa said i could RENT theirs) and serving utensils. The workers that the owner Vanessa has were pleasant until it was 4:45 pm then they because extremely unpleasant to work with. Before my guests could gather their own belongings CASTLE ROCK workers were putting us out grabbing people coats, diaper bags, and plates of food that weren't finished. They starting grabing things and throwing things in the garbage that weren't trash. To make it worst I had to fish threw the trash to take out things that WEREN'T trash and they had the nerve to get irritated with me because I asked for a bag to transfer my belongings from the trash to a new bag. No common courtesy to even ask me to grab my belongings before they took it upon themselves to trash my things. (Chic fil a tray trashed after spending $40 on that) This was the WORST guest experience ever, and for all this to happen in front of my guests put a bad taste in everyone mouth. Take your business elsewere. $199 for a 3 year old birthday party was not worth it, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. read more
