I rented table linens for a baby shower I hosted. The linens worked out perfectly; however, I felt the service from all of the service reps with whom I came in contact was average. No one was super helpful...I wanted table overlays for a several tables, which seemed a chore. The one great thing they did was offer an opportunity to come in to peruse their inventory. I am an out-of-town customer, so it never worked out for me to do so. I called the week of pickup to see if I could look at the inventory day-of. Alaura told me, "No, I'm going to be slammed on Saturday. I'm the one working on Saturday and we will be really busy with pickups, I have a meeting on Saturday...we won't have time for that." When I came in on Saturday (around 10AM), I parked directly in front of the shop-- the only other cars there were the employees. I walked in and there were only two employees in the place. There was no rush, in fact the atmosphere was very chill. I was the sole customer. I mentioned the overlays, and was promptly told they didn't have what I was looking for. I was directed to the pickup bay. At the pickup bay, the attendant placed the linens in my car, which was nice. But, NO ONE explained how to return rentals to Party Perfect. I'm an out of town client, so that information would have been helpful. I would use them again, but will definitely set expectations upfront. I think they probably operate better locally and as an event coordination, not party rental company. read more

I've always worked with Prop Shop but this first event with Party Perfect was awesome! Ned (one of the owners) came out himself and measured our yard to make sure everything would fit, Bryan and his set up team were amazing, and of course the creative team in the office. But Will & Reese (tent crew) went above and beyond and stole the show in my eyes. Even after they had finished setting up these guys ran to the store to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our event like surge protector and spare extension cords. Made sure I had the after hours number in case I had ANY questions. 100/10 in my book! read more

After just speaking to Party Perfect I am blown away with how easy and accommodating they are to deal with. I had chair rentals for a brunch at our home last May 2020 for our son's wedding. Of course we had to cancel due to Covid. This year due to covid and family from Canada that can not travel, we canceled again. Out of all the deposits that was put down for their wedding, Party Perfect were the only ones to give the deposit back. I called Alaura and Angela so many times when I say so many times it's crazy. This actually ended up being really great for us, because we had some extra time to set up for our wedding which took a lot of stress off of us. Ashley was a pleasure to work with in setting up our order of tents, tables and chairs for our weekend lacrosse tournament. They delivered and set up on time as promised and knew exactly where the tents needed to be set. We noticed we had the wrong sidewalls placed on one of the tents and when we called back, they were able to easily switch out the sidewalls for us and on the same day! Ashley was a dream to work with in planning for our reception. She was prompt and friendly and helped me with insight and assured me that set up and breakdown would ease the stress of the day. However, the day of was a nightmare with one individual delivering a bit later than expected (I luckily had friends and family willing to help unload and set up) and being told the night of that I needed to break down, despite having a contract that said that Party Perfect would set up and break down. Again, fortunately, I have amazing friends and family that were amazingly helpful, but then entire day was a complete ball of stress - when I should have been able to enjoy it. When I disputed the charges, I was told that not only was it not their fault, but I also owed for cleaning of dishes "because they were dirty" - despite us having to rush to clean up the venue because of the failure on their end. An absolute terrible experience the day of and post. For a customer who spent $2k on a single evening event with them, it's extremely disappointing their lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who desires to be stress free during what is supposed to be the best day of their lives. read more

Pawzapalooza has worked with Party Perfect for tent rentals twice. Each time we received superlative service. Knowledgable, courteous crews set up large tents without a glitch. (Once it was so windy, I asked the crew if they were there to set up tents or fly kites!) The guys even endured requests to center and move tents around! With hundreds of rescue dogs, rescuers, adopters and visitors moving through the event, we haven't / didn't receive a single complaint about the tents. pathetic customer service. the delivery guy was almost 2 hours late and then putting the stage together was another struggle for him. for pick up , the estimated time frame was before 2 pm and the guy never showed up by then. when I called Party perfect to complain they were not only less than helpful they were rude. according to them it was just an estimate and the window for pick up and delivery is from 8am-5 pm, i should call if they r not there by 5. i tried explaining to her that the club house need to be cleaned up and i had explained that when i placed the order. i also mentioned that if the window is 8-5 how come the delivery was so late. i couldn't believe her reply " well it depends on traffic and weather". so what i understood from my conversation with them is that there is no time frame, they deliver and pick up WHENEVER they want and don't care about importance of customers' time. read more
