Amy, Lessa great jobs on my massage. Summary for my experience was, great. I got a great 1 hour massage for 70 included tip and most of the problems that I had were a mix of personal taste and human error. When my group and I showed up, there were 5 of us and 5 workers. After a little talk the workers decided to do all of us at once (in separate rooms) Amy was my masseuse for most of the massage. She was very good. When I had a pressure problem she changed for the specific spot but went back to deep when she moved away from the painful spot, in my experience if I ever voice my pain for a small part of my body the masseuse makes the rest of the massage lighter, which I don't like. So the fact the Amy changed pressure with my pain was awesome. Now while doing the massage, due to all masseuses massaging my group, they periodically had to pause the massage to go take care of arriving customers, (the time that they spent doing this, I'm pretty sure was taken out of my hour massage, but I didn't calculate it) now Amy for some reason switched with Lessa, Lessa was good as well. She finished my massage. My issues with the overall massage was, they massage my butt cheeks which was uncomfortable at first but I appreciated the new experience and I didn't realize how many knots I had in my butt, the last issue was while the massage was good it was uneven in both technique and time. This overall wasn't a big deal but I have a evenness thing so I noticed it. About the other comments about having issues with the tip part. They have a value system for the words that you use to describe the massage that connects to the tip value. Such as, if you thought the massage was "excellent" then they wanted you to give a 25$ tip. I don't know about Denver's ways (as a visitor) but this was bothersome to my party, while the massages were good, we don't believe in tips for this type of job, we believe the workers should be paid fair by the company. I don't know if they were a crappy company or just did something weird with the pay outs for the services but either way we didn't want to pay that much in tips. We would have rather have the massages be more expensive. BUT while insistent on the tip charges they did not enforce them. I've been here multiple times. You can't beat the price and they usually can get you in the same day. I've always had a good experience. The massage oil is not scented so I like to bring my own for aroma therapy. I almost left my massage oil twice and they came out and made sure to give it back to me both times. Not only was the massage poor, but the lady offered to touch me in an inappropriate area of my body that is entirely unacceptable. When I refused, she was extremely rude and left before the 30 minutes I requested was finished. Also, she said "you pay now" before the massage even started, and once it was over, I offered to give her a $5 tip on a $40 30 minute massage. She then insisted in her inaudible English $20 and when I said no she showed me the door and said "you don't come back here ever". Honestly it is ludicrous to hustle customers like that. When I asked for my change they told me that they were too busy and did not have a person to help me. I gave my husband reflexology and a full body massage for Christmas. I chose to go to Shangri-La on County Line. This is really a great place if you speak Chinese. There is quite the language barrier. I think my therapist was Emily. She was excellent! We're not sure what the name of my husband's therapist was. During his full body massage she left the room twice, but yet my husband's massage ended at the same time mine did. He later told me that she left during his foot massage.She made no effort to make up for the lost time. Nor did she apologize. This was so very disappointing since it was my gift to him. Neither of us have ever had a therapist leave the room in the middle of a massage. read more
