I walked in and was seated right away to get them done. I explained to her to not, NOT thread a shit ton off and she ensured that it'll be fine, less than 7 mins she does her final touches and I look in the mirror and I am a happy customer! For $5 I am very pleased, (although back home I was just charged $3!) I booked 1 hour for the treatment as usual but if she is not in the mood, she will do it painfully and slow. I went to another salon right after, the technician finished what Julir left in only 10 minutes and left no such irritiation. Julie will give you attitude and low quality service. I used to be a regular client, unfornutly I had to change a salon because of 1 mean and ineaduquete staff member. All the other members are nice and professional.

I was in and out in 7 minutes, FULLY waxed. Things you need to keep in mind though: 1) You can't come without a reservation, and you have to text--not call-- to get one. She's usually fully booked so make sure to do so in advance. 2) this isn't your beauty spa experience, the place is very basic. Its clean, and for me that's the most important thing. 3) bring cash, she doesn't take card! 4) be prepared to undress in front of her, its not like other places where the aesthetician leaves the room and comes back to see you. Their offices are modern, clean, and inviting, and their staff is welcoming and well informed. This clinics owner, Dermatologist Dr. Khanna, is on site for consultation and supervision of treatment.... Many other clinics only have only technicians on staff and patients never see the doctor... I contacted Peau because of a problem with persistent, cystic, Accutain resistant Acne... I was booked in immediately for a consultation with both a technician AND the owner of the clinic, dermatologist, Dr. Mannish Khanna, who where both very nice and informative. They came up with a treatment plan for the Acne, as well as answered some questions about some of the other procedures they do at the clinic. I was most impressed with the fact that when I asked about a treatment that might help the area under my eyes, Dr. Khanna, after examining the area, recommended against it, telling me that the results his non surgical procedure would provide would probably not be noticeable/long lasting enough for me to be happy with. I very much appreciated his honesty instead of recommending a procedure that would turn out to be a waist of money. Over all, although I am still mid way through my acne treatment program, I am happy with the level of care I have received here, and would come back for other treatments.

After giving birth to my daughter, I felt like I needed a little refreshing. Dr. Khanna created a treatment plan that was perfect for my needs and also realistic. He does a wonderful job at evaluating your needs and advising you of the ideal procedure. He does not simply sell you a service because it is the most pricy, rather he helps you decide on treatments that are best suited to your personal needs and goals. The clinic is impeccably clean and well appointment and the staff is incredibly attentive to your needs. I have completed a series of BBL treatments and am in the process of doing Cool Sculpting. First let me tell you how they treated us with EXCEPTIONAL FULL SERVICE. I was in a terrible time crunch and did not have time to do my nails so they brought me a nail file, acetone, and I did my own nails while they were doing my hair. They also brought us a big standing makeup light and let us stay in the styling chairs after they were done so that we could do our makeup. And to top it off, a glass of champagne or a beverage of your choice to only make things better! Finally and most importantly, Benoit and Daniele did a beautiful job on our hair! They were both so diligent and skilled. We have long thick ethnic hair and even though it probably took them much more time than the average set of hair to style, they charged us such a reasonable amount. I loved my experience.
