The hair has been diminished but not eliminated. I should mention that I have red hair, and it is apparently difficult to remove hair of this colour. - The behaviour of the staff has been of similarly mixed results. My initial encounter with staff was with that of the owner, Milada. Milada was very aggressive and intimidating. I felt very uncomfortable with her and was close to walking out. Fortunately, the staff who actually administered the treatment were sweet, friendly and gentle. - Overall, I would recommended going elsewhere.

I found "Eternité" last year through a promotion on "Tuango" for some laser hair removal services…read more The promotion was for a limited amount of treatment (not enough for what I had in mind) but it gave me the opportunity to try the place. An issue which seems common with laser or IPL hair removal is that the promotion are exceptionally cheap but then you run onto a situation where it's hard to get an appointment and you don't always have good service and expertise. Not so here. The promotion being more limited meant that I had no issue getting appointment and service was nice and personal. I continued with "Eternité" once the promotion was over as they offer fairly low rate for laser hair removal. After a year of treatment, all that could be removed with laser was. Laser can't remove the white hair and have quite a few so I switch to electrolysis (which they also offer) treatment for the rest of the job. I want to mention how nice the technicians are. They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. The salon is in a nice surrounding on Bernard st. in Outremont and the setting is very nice. The place also offer other beauty service aside from laser and electrolysis like facial, manicure, pedicure etc.

Their offices are modern, clean, and inviting, and their staff is welcoming and well informed. This clinics owner, Dermatologist Dr. Khanna, is on site for consultation and supervision of treatment.... Many other clinics only have only technicians on staff and patients never see the doctor... I contacted Peau because of a problem with persistent, cystic, Accutain resistant Acne... I was booked in immediately for a consultation with both a technician AND the owner of the clinic, dermatologist, Dr. Mannish Khanna, who where both very nice and informative. They came up with a treatment plan for the Acne, as well as answered some questions about some of the other procedures they do at the clinic. I was most impressed with the fact that when I asked about a treatment that might help the area under my eyes, Dr. Khanna, after examining the area, recommended against it, telling me that the results his non surgical procedure would provide would probably not be noticeable/long lasting enough for me to be happy with. I very much appreciated his honesty instead of recommending a procedure that would turn out to be a waist of money. Over all, although I am still mid way through my acne treatment program, I am happy with the level of care I have received here, and would come back for other treatments.

After giving birth to my daughter, I felt like I needed a little refreshing. Dr. Khanna created a treatment plan that was perfect for my needs and also realistic. He does a wonderful job at evaluating your needs and advising you of the ideal procedure. He does not simply sell you a service because it is the most pricy, rather he helps you decide on treatments that are best suited to your personal needs and goals. The clinic is impeccably clean and well appointment and the staff is incredibly attentive to your needs. I have completed a series of BBL treatments and am in the process of doing Cool Sculpting. I am already so thrilled with the results I'm seeing! I would highly recommend Dr. Khanna and PEAU.
