The space is clean, light and fairly spacious. When I went in, it was just me and two folks working. Service is great - you can book an appointment on Google which tells you right away how much your service will cost. You're seated promptly if you have an appointment. They were super nice and got to working on my nails right away. They also have a huge selection of shellac nail colours and brands. The person who did my nails was fantastic and super meticulous. I also enjoyed how if you aren't much of a talker, there was no pressure to make small talk. But if you are a talker, they would have nice conversations with you. My nails feel and look great! She did a wonderful Brazilian, by far one of the least painful I have EVER had! And believe me that says a lot as I am a Toronto native and our standards for Brazilians are very high. She did an impeccable job, very accurate and, of course, she never double dips in her wax. I loved how professional, quick and friendly she was. I also had my eyebrows done at the same time, which of course she did a fabulous job of. I like my brows natural and she did them perfectly. Plus I have a low pain tolerance when it comes to plucking and usually tear up, amazingly she was so gentle I could have fallen asleep!! The spa itself has a gorgeous homey atmosphere. Very clean and warm! We were immediately greeted and offered the usual coffee/tea/water. We were then were led upstairs to two comfy chairs to await our appointment, which we did not wait long for. I've been growing out my real nails with gel and powder acrylic refills for about 2 years. I kept removing them and so that's why it took so long for my nails to grow. But now they're the perfect length but weak as hell. My friend recommended the SNS treatment and what a game changer. My nail technician was amazing! They first had to remove my powder and that took a while since the layers were thick. It took maybe 4 dips in nail polish remover to peel it all off. Then as my nail technician was filing them, one nail broke! It's not bad but you can definitely tell it's too short. I opted to leave it as is because it'll grow back. I didn't want to add a fake tip. SNS is powder but it's much finer than the acrylic powder. It feels like flour. They dip your fingers in the powder and flick your finger to get rid of the excess. Imagine my face when they dipped my fingers in the powder! It's like magic. I know I've referred to the acrylic powder as nail cocaine in my other reviews as a joke before but SNS is actually nail cocaine. Even the colour is a powder they dip your fingers into! They then apply a top coat. They dip your fingers maybe 2 times in the SNS powder and then 3 times for the colour powder depending on how smoothly it sticks. The nail polish coat is applied after every dip. You then get everything smoothed out with their drill machine. The end feeling is so great. It feels light and airy but your nails are strong! It's also not thick like the gel or acrylic powder. It cost me $50 with taxes and tip first time around because they had to remove my acrylic but next time it should be $35. The only con is that the SNS colours aren't as nice as the regular nail polish colours. But I can overlook that since it'll make my real nails much stronger

She didn't even wait to see if that's what I wanted. Her work was sloppy with no attention to detail. She did nothing to my nails or cuticles except buff them before applying the gel. She rushed through the application though there was no one waiting. I left there with a feeling that they didn't care about having my business. I will not go there again. Disappointed.
