When I explained that this is my info and I want to have a record of how many treatments I did / pulse intensity..etc, she told me that it's her notes for her clinique and that she won't hand out that information so I can give it to the competition and that the new clinic can "figure out" how to do my laser treatments. This is the most unprofessional excuse I've ever heard that makes no sense and raises suspicion about the service being provided.

I went to this place because it's a known place to help people like me who's having a problem, but they actually worsened the problem that I had plus the cost that I paid without any good result. They took picture of me after my visit and they know and seen that there's no good result on what they are doing, but still giving high hopes that it will be better, but until the very last treatment no good result and they asked me to go back for evaluation, when I went back, its seems that they don't know and they want to sign me up again for the same treatment, so I said no, I came back because the treatment did not worked out and my face is worsed than when I started the treatment. The lady that work there told me that someone will call me and evaluate what had happened, but until now, it's been 2 weeks now I did not receive any call from them. So I am telling you people not to go to this place, they just want your money, worker there are young and it seems that they do not have that good experience. They do not deserve any star in this place. If someone who has the same bad experience like mine and you thinking of class action lawsuit please sign me in.

I used to be an acrylic girl and would want my nails to be long and ballerina-shaped. They never broke or got ugly and I would keep them for a good three weeks before getting them removed. This year I decided to stick to shellac manicures, which is done by putting a powder underneath the polish. This makes my nails last FOREVER. I can go 4 weeks without going back to get them done and the only thing looking weird is the regrowth of my nails. The owners are very nice, they care a lot about their customers and can always squeeze you in for a last minute appointment if you call in the morning. They charge a little bit more than other spots but they really take their time with every single client (takes about an hour to get a gel manicure) so you know they're doing their job right. The place is clean and I've never had problems with infections or anything like that.
