I had a 5:30 appointment here for a procedure a month ago. I…read morearrived a few minutes early. Filled out forms. I was brought in to see the doctor at 5:50. The doctor did not introduce himself. My forms delivered to the doctor were missing a page. Had to wait to be brought the page. Three people entered his office without knocking, during my consultation, unrelated to my appointment. Doctor complained about his staff several times. Was brought in to a procedure room upstairs by a technician around 6:00, I was told they would take a before picture, and left before she did. Sat there for 5 minutes. She came back and handed me a hair net and left. 5 minutes after that, another technician came in and applied a numbing cream to the treatment area. Didn't say anything more. The doctor had said it would take about 20-25 minutes to kick in. 30 minutes later, well numbed, the first tech came back in to get something off a cart. Asked if I was ok, I said yes, but asked if it would be much longer. She said she didn't know and walked off. 5 minutes later, a third tech poked her head in, asked how I was, I said fine. She left. Another 5 minutes, the most recent tech came in and finally gave me an update. Said they would take me in 10 minutes. That was at 6:52pm. 7:08, they said they would clean the excess cream off and take a "before" photo. 7:14 they came in to actually do it. The tech joked about how busy they are and how they're not really slow, just busy. Was told they were preparing a different room downstairs for me. Didn't even have the room ready, and I'd been there nearly 2 hours with nothing done yet. I guess I was in a storage room... 7:22, I was brought to the other room. The treatment itself was very fast. Only a few minutes, which kind of makes the waiting time more irritating. Out at 7:35pm, over 2 hours after my appointment time, which, to me, is unacceptable. Appointment 2 was today. I paid for two sessions (for the discount), hoping that the delays the first time were just them having a bad day. Appt scheduled for 6:00. At 6:15, I was brought in to a room upstairs and had the numbing cream applied. Told 20-25 minutes to wait for it to work. 30 minutes later and no one has come in. 35 minute mark and someone came in and said they'd have to move me to another room as she needs a machine in the room I'm in. 7:00, an hour after my scheduled appointment, someone came in to look for something they needed. Didn't find it. Disorganized. Someone else came in a few minutes later and moved me back downstairs in to the procedure room. Began the set up and subsequent treatment at 7:10. Was not given a hair net this time. Vials of injectables were left lying around, bacteriostatic with syringes still sticking out of them, not refrigerated. Left at 7:20. I am really not impressed with this place. Twice I've been left in a room for an hour or more. They can't keep a schedule, don't know where things are, don't give updates.

Very patient, clearly explain everything, care for the client, make small funny joke to keep a good mood. I did full face. It is laser, I'm man with very thick beard and hair. So it hurt, a lot. It is one of the most sensitive place specially on the neck. She took her time to listen to my feedback and reaction, adjust the machine as best as she could so it could create less pain while staying efficient. It is no pleasant, but worth it. I have my other appointment due in 4 weeks. Can't wait to have finish all my session.

Peau Montreal is a medical esthetic clinic that offers a very wide range of laser and other type of non surgical treatments (skin tightening, hair removal, anti aging, acne treatments, slimming, dermal fillers, etc...) Their offices are modern, clean, and inviting, and their staff is welcoming and well informed. This clinics owner, Dermatologist Dr. Khanna, is on site for consultation and supervision of treatment.... Many other clinics only have only technicians on staff and patients never see the doctor... I contacted Peau because of a problem with persistent, cystic, Accutain resistant Acne... I was booked in immediately for a consultation with both a technician AND the owner of the clinic, dermatologist, Dr. Mannish Khanna, who where both very nice and informative. They came up with a treatment plan for the Acne, as well as answered some questions about some of the other procedures they do at the clinic. I was most impressed with the fact that when I asked about a treatment that might help the area under my eyes, Dr. Khanna, after examining the area, recommended against it, telling me that the results his non surgical procedure would provide would probably not be noticeable/long lasting enough for me to be happy with. I very much appreciated his honesty instead of recommending a procedure that would turn out to be a waist of money. Over all, although I am still mid way through my acne treatment program, I am happy with the level of care I have received here, and would come back for other treatments.

After giving birth to my daughter, I felt like I needed a little refreshing. Dr. Khanna created a treatment plan that was perfect for my needs and also realistic. He does a wonderful job at evaluating your needs and advising you of the ideal procedure. He does not simply sell you a service because it is the most pricy, rather he helps you decide on treatments that are best suited to your personal needs and goals. The clinic is impeccably clean and well appointment and the staff is incredibly attentive to your needs. I have completed a series of BBL treatments and am in the process of doing Cool Sculpting. I am already so thrilled with the results I'm seeing! I would highly recommend Dr. Khanna and PEAU.
