My initial encounter with staff was with that of the owner, Milada. Milada was very aggressive and intimidating. I felt very uncomfortable with her and was close to walking out. Fortunately, the staff who actually administered the treatment were sweet, friendly and gentle. - Overall, I would recommended going elsewhere.

Very patient, clearly explain everything, care for the client, make small funny joke to keep a good mood. I did full face. It is laser, I'm man with very thick beard and hair. So it hurt, a lot. It is one of the most sensitive place specially on the neck. She took her time to listen to my feedback and reaction, adjust the machine as best as she could so it could create less pain while staying efficient. It is no pleasant, but worth it. I have my other appointment due in 4 weeks. Can't wait to have finish all my session.
