When I called to book my appointment Thursday Oct 22, 2015 multiple times I could never reach someone to speak to so I left a message and they never called me back. Friday Oct 23, 2015 I finally reached someone to speak to, Jade (The owner of the company I presume?). She was extremely rude on the phone didn't even apologize for never calling me back and interrupting me on the phone while I was trying to explain to her the coupon. Then she says that she doesn't want to take my appointment because it was too far away to just "Call the day before it should be fine". I was trying to book for 2 people for facials Saturday Nov 15, 2015 (only 3 weeks away) and wanted to make sure that I would get the desired booked time because my sister was in the city only for 1 day. Then when I finally had to be more assertive with her because she was wasting my time to book the appointment and she took my first name, she starts YELLING at me on the phone saying she was not booking my appointment because she had apparently booked a "Stephanie that had skipped an appointment recently". Firstly, only with a first name she makes a remarkably rude assumption that I was the same person who had apparently missed an appointment when I had never even called this establishment before!! She doesn't even apologize afterwards for yelling at me and being rude then she puts me on hold and hangs up on me. I waited 10 minutes and she never called me back. This isn't exactly a cheap voucher and I'm extremely dissapointed with Groupon associating themselves with this company.
