The beautician, Melissa that did my pedicure did an amazing job and it was very comfortable with her as well as with the beautician that took care of my friend, Lilly. The room was filled with conversation that allowed the experience to remain relaxing and all the while Mel did a wonderful job. When I go back and I will I will always book with her from now on. I love the backrooms as they're quiet but it is a very vibrant place. They will now be starting or already have begun packages to take your niece, daughter, god daughter, ect ect ect. for a day at the spa. Which I am really looking forward to. read more

Nuva, formerly known as Spa D'Orazio, is a great salon/spa. I have had many treatments from haircut (Luigi is the best in my opinion), too facials, l do my laser treatments here and I get massages. All the massage therapist are good here you really can't go wrong my favourites ones though are Jessie and Anna. When it comes to laser and facial, the ultimate best is Ida, she is very attentive, sensitive to your needs, she gives great advice and tips. There is no pressure to buy products. The place offers free valet parking, and is surrounded by restaurants, so after a nice spa day you can go for a great meal. read more

Super Expensive and not worth it. I don't think the best hair salon in downtown montreal is as expensive as this place. I spent $166 dollars to have my hair roots done and a gloss which after 2 washes - my grey hair returned. I feel like when I am there, they just try to upsell you to buy other services - definitely am not going there again. I can pamper myself 3 times with other salons for the price of going here. I love this place for massages. It's super close to my work, the staff is extremely professional and always on time. I am very pleased with their service. I have yet to try their other services that are offered but I would definitely consider coming here for hair nails, makeup, etc. All the ladies and gents that work here seem to be very professional and good at what they do! read more

Worst experience ever!! I booked with Maggie for a hair color transfo, from black to light brown with higlights. I was extremely surprised and disapointed that Maggie wasnt the one doing the color remover and the color on my hair. She only did the highlights. Her 18yr old assistant did most of the job, sadly she had no skills and it was a disaster! I was there from 10:45am to 7:30pm!Maggie probably worked on my hair for maximum 1 hour. She had so many clients through the day and obviously didnt have time for me... For the price i paid, i deserved to receive the best service from a professional hairdresser. Assistants are there to assist, not to do almost everything. At least Maggie should hire assistants that are GOOD !! I regret so much going there. The service was extremely bad and the result on my hair was very unatural! I asked for a balayage but i got small highlights that only showed up on top of my head. Just had a haircut from stylist Maggie and it was my first visit with her. After waiting for 25 min she came to me never apologized for being late. Then once I told her what I wanted she proceeded by trying to sell me every product under the sun. She asked what shampoo I used, what treatments I used I felt interrogated. It wasn't pleasant and for a 90$ cut in style that was rushed in a 35 min time slot shes definitely not worth it. Don't waste your time and money on this hairstylist shes all about selling and way to into herself big fail. read more
