I said : " the sign says 7pm and it is only 6pm". He replied: " we close early today for staff meeting ". I said: " where is the sign to this effect?" He said: " there is not one ". I also told him Walmart would not be happy that they treated customers this way. He told me: " we don't work for Walmart ", with a smirk on his face. I turned around and I said: " if you get enough complaints, see how fast they toss your salon out of here". He said: " that won't happen!" I walked over to an associate and told him what just transpired. He told me he was so sorry that I, a Walmart customer had been treated so rudely. Dana was quick to respond and super accommodating. She was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! I arrived at her spa (its in her home, don't let this deter you) and it was beautifully decorated, clean, and very professional. Dana was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. We spent the most time making sure the shape and design of my eyebrows was right before starting. Dana listened to my preferences, but also used measurements to determine which brow shape would be best for my face. Dana was super professional and quick. The end result was amazing! I have lived my whole life with sparse eyebrows. Having to fill them in everyday. When I saw my face in the mirror I couldn't believe it looked like real hair was on my brows.
