My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage here, and I was very very disappointed. First off, we paid over $300 for it so you think we would get a 5 star treatment. But this was far from it honestly. I have never wanted a massage to end sooner in my life. I paid extra for deep tissue, and it felt like a 8 year old was rubbing on my back the entire time with barely any pressure. I really needed the deep tissue for my muscle pain, which is why I called to confirm twice that I would receive a deep tissue massage. But instead they gave me someone who barely applied any pressure. I just felt like someone was rubbing oil over me the entire time, which anyone could have done. I could not relax the entire time because I was furious that I couldn't get the service I wanted and paid for, which was supposed to work out the tenseness in my neck and back. She didn't even rub my neck at all, either. Just lathered it with oil and did a bunch of nonsense to my arms and legs that was certainly far from even a firm amount of pressure. The facilities themselves are pretty nice (could use some cleaning in the bathroom with hair everywhere) and the sauna is cool, but I will not be coming back here because it seems as if they do not truly care about their clients needs, especially first timers even when they ask and pay extra for it. It's just rude and frustrating to take advantage of people like that and not deliver. read more

This place is amazing. I've had nothing but wonderful massages, facials, incredibly friendly staff, and delicious lattes while I'm waiting in between appointments. Last time we went, we were 5 minutes late to our appointment, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating-- they didn't cut our session short and didn't rush us at any point. In fact, we hung out in the quiet area and the Hammam for quite a while afterwards and no one seemed to mind. My massage therapist was very attentive, and even could tell that I had done past physical therapy to my hip and gave me suggestions to keep it in alignment. Their locker rooms and showers are very clean and comfortable, they even offer some beauty products (hair gel, blow dryer, lotion, mouthwash) for cleaning yourself up post-hammam. All in all, very impressed with this place both times I have been, and will definitely be going back. read more

I've been here 3 times, 2 wax appointments and 1 pedicure! Both wax experiences were great! Vanessa was really awesome and made me feel completely comfortable, which to me was very important with it being my first bikini wax ever. I went with two colleagues on a Thursday afternoon. The place was very quiet and relaxing considering it's in a busy spot in the domain. They didn't seem very busy which probably helped. We had the hydrotherapy, body wrap and massage. It was really great. I wasn't sure about the hydrotherapy, but it was relaxing. I picked the relaxing setting, which was super intense. I'm glad I didn't pick the more intense setting. Also your hair does get wet. Even with the shower cap it was unavoidable. Next time I'll bring my hair care products. The body wrap was nice and the massage was very gentle. I would come here again. They had a small lounge with tea where you could sit after. read more

A massage is a rare indulgence for me and it's the worst when you have a disappointing experience since the whole point is you're paying to relax and feel rejuvenated. I heard of Spa Reveil through Travelzoo and had purchased a 75 minute Swedish massage/hot stone combo. I can't really comment on their other services but the ladies I chatted while waiting with were happy with their massages too. Making the appointment was easy, I like the fact that the gratuity is included and charged on your card so there is no awkwardness about passing your masseuse cash at the end of the session. The facility itself is tasteful and nicely organized. The waiting area has a choice of lounge or club chairs, water, tea, coffee, etc. The locker areas have steam rooms which I took advantage of before and after the massage. The massage itself was relaxing, thorough, and for whatever reason it felt like it lasted forever. I felt pretty blissed out by the end. Nice experience. read more

I absolutely love going to Spa Reveil! I'm at the domain frequently so it is very convenient for me to come here. The reserved parking spots in front are also really convenient. What I really love about this spa is that I feel so comfortable and welcomed everytime I go in. The front desk staff is so pleasant and I don't feel a sense of "uppityness" from them. I started coming here for lip waxes only, then had my first pedicure recently. They use a French blue wax that is really gentle on my skin. It doesn't leave your skin looking red and irritated so you can walk out and go shopping without worrying about looking like you've just had a lip wax! I've gone through 3 aestheticians by now. They must have a high turn over rate... They've all done a great job with waxing though. I really have to rave about Anna, the nail tech. She gave me the best pedicure I've had from any other spa. She is so personanable and fun to talk to. I lie that they use disposable files and buffers. I saw her sanitize the tools right in front of me so I knew I was getting a safe and clean pedicure. This is very important to me. I am looking forward to my next pedicure with Anna and would highly recommend you see her too! read more

I was recently gifted with a prenatal massage here, and it was the best surprise! I've been hesitant about continuing massage since my pregnancy, and I was made to feel completely comfortable. Amber was my therapist, and she was great. She had a nice sense of humor, respected my preference for minimal talking during my session, and she checked in on my comfort and pressure preference throughout my massage. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The ambience of the spa is great, the staff is friendly, and I would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Staff at the spa were incredibly kind and calm. I booked a couples Egyptian Spa package, and it was amazing. That was a first-time​ spa for my husband and I, and we loved it. I almost feel bad leaving this review because I have had some great massages at Spa Reveil....but this is not about a massage. I received a gift certificate for Mothers Day and decided to try the lash extensions, since I was about to go on vacation. I don't think the lady who does extensions is skilled at all. The lashes are super thin, and wispy, there are a few glue clumps, and there was literally a lash glued to the side of my face. The worst part was that when she was finished, my eyes were glued together and at one point she got out tiny scissors to try and get them open. I've never had a lash tech do that, ever. Needless to say, I am super disappointed in this service and that I wasted my very sweet gift on it. It was a giant waste. read more

Susana has been my go-to gal for pedicures over the last five years, she is so sweet and personable, and I recently received wonderful body scrub and massage treatments from Carissa. I love that you can hang out as long as you like: using the steam room, drinking tea, or enjoying a book in the relaxation space. I do wish they offered snacks (gluten free options would be amazing!) during the week (snacks only put out on the weekends), but I was informed that if you ask the staff, they can provide something. I booked a 90 minute Couple's Escapade to take my boyfriend to for his birthday. I chose Spa Reveil over other nearby spas because of its many awards and also the fact that they were still allowing couples massages despite the pandemic, as other spas were not. I read the COVID disclaimer on their website and did not see anything that indicated any limited services. However, although the package description included beverage service and use of the hammam, we only found out those services were discontinued due to COVID when we asked about it after the massage was over and it was time to pay. They substituted the beverage service by giving us each an 8 ounce bottle of water. I don't know on what planet this is an adequate substitute. At least offer a can of soda or bottled juice or tea if you can only offer bottled drinks. I understand some things must be limited due to COVID, but this was not made known to us ahead of time. Not when I booked the appointment, not when I called to provide my credit card info, nor when they called to confirm the appointment. The only consolation is we were given a 10% discount off the total price, which is reasonable, but this was only given because we asked. I feel it should not have required us to call attention to it. If your services are limited, your prices should not remain the same. How many other people are receiving limited services and paying the full price because they didn't say anything? I wish my complaints ended here. While this was a couple's massage and we were in the same room, it was like we were on different planets. My masseuse was friendly and talked to me, guiding me through the process and I felt great throughout. My boyfriend's masseuse was silent and unfriendly, moving him around without any verbal cues, and he was in pain for many parts. He himself is a trained masseuse and so he knows what proper technique is, and he said his scalp massage was painful, as was most of the body massage. The hot towels they used also were too hot and he felt like they almost burned him. He has a high pain tolerance so this is all concerning to hear from him. His massage also seemed to be rushed, as he was finished nearly 15 minutes ahead of me. This especially is perplexing since I am much smaller than him, and so if anyone's massage might be quicker it should be mine. Since it was his birthday we were celebrating, I wish I could have given him the better masseuse. However I don't think anyone should have a significantly different experience as all of the masseuses should be trained well and vetted properly when hired. I realize each employee might have different approaches but they should all be able to make the client feel good. All in all, I gave 2 stars only because my experience was good for the services I did receive. My boyfriend would have given 0 stars if it was just him. read more

I purchased a gift card for my spouse in December 2019 from Spa Reveil. Unfortunately, my Wife passed away from Covid-19 and never used the gift card. As I have been going through her personal belongings I came across the unused gift card and formally requested a refund for the unused gift card because of her death. Their response was to give the gift card to someone else. They have refused a refund. I hope future customers of Spa Reveil will think about a company that is unwilling to take into consideration the death caused by Covid-19 for a gift card. Spa Reveil is not out any cost associated with the refund as they have not provided any service or product. read more

It is really nice inside and the staff is very nice as well... I came here for a facial. When I first went in they gave me a form to fill out and afterward they bring me to an area where I can put my belongings into a locker and gave me a robe to change, just like most spas... Then I was led to a room and I explained my concerns and what I wanted from the facial. It felt nice there with the relaxing music and the massages felt nice although I kept wanting to laugh cause I'm very ticklish. However, I felt very disappointed with the facial itself. I felt pampered but I didn't get the deep cleaning and declogging of the pores that I expected. It was more massaging and masks after masks. She only spent a little time on getting rid of my blackheads. Overall I'm not completely satisfied. But I appreciated how they didn't try to sell you products afterwards. Unless you have perfect skin, you don't want to hear negative comments such as "what are these bumps?" and remarks like "oh my God!"
