The staff here was very friendly, accommodating, and the spa was clean. Right when we arrived they offered us tea, water or coffee. The pedicure chairs were nice and have good massage functions. So I bought a groupon because I thought it was a good deal for two people... the first time I went it was a nice experience me and my gf loved it we didn't go in the sauna instead they told us to sit in the pedicure chair and use the massage chair and watch Netflix The second time I went I took my mother because it was a Mother's Day gift to her... I asked for medium pressure but it hurt soooooo bad my back is still hurting the next day... I circled the spots I wanted the most attention to however I guess that was ignored because they were barely touched. Came here for a couples massage for my husbands birthday. The masseuse was absolutely amazing! Nice clean facility. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. They offered tea or water which was a plus. Only giving a four star review because they put a huge emphasis on leaving a tip. Granted they provide great service, they should allow the customer to express wanting to leave a tip. Even after selecting my tip amount I was asked if that was all I wanted to tip. Hubby and I have been wanting to get a massage for the longest, but def didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for it. So, I searched Groupon. I stumbled across this place since it wasn't far from home. One plus about this place for us is they are open on Sundays. Hubby and I usually work Saturdays and Sundays are the only day-off we have together. We did the one-hour couples massage with hot stones and 30-min sauna time. It wasn't super luxurious. However, the room looked pretty clean and relaxing. I had a gentleman masseuse and hubby had a woman one. Mine def did a pretty good job! Hubby said the same about his. Sauna was really good as well. I am in love with this place and it is nice & clean. I got a couples massage and it was so amazing me and my husband came here for his birthday and we both enjoyed it. I will definitely come back for another massage. We found this place on Groupon and I am pleased with my decision to come here. We got the deep tissue massage with the hot stone treatment. Highly recommended deep tissue massage. I've had over 50 massages in my life from all over the world and I would trade them all for another deep tissue massage from this place. The masseuse actually used a Japanese massage technique to stand on my back and unravel knot after knot after knot. I truly recommend this place for anyone in need of a "true" deep tissue massage. Don't be fooled and hustled by the big companies like massage envy and heavenly massage for a deep tissue. Hands down the worst manicure/pedicure experience EVER! (Also pretty sure this place deletes all negative reviews, so hopefully this one will stay up). When I got there they would not let me pick out a color without standing right next to me & staring at me. This place was extremely dirty and had flies landing on me & the "nail techs" the whole time. They did the manicure & pedicure simultaneously, so I had to twist my upper body for over 30 min. No hand massage, nothing. My nails look extremely sloppy and are chipping as well. Will NOT be coming back!! read more

I read Karen's review. I've been going here since it opened. This is a clean reputable establishment. Not only is your comment offensive to the place but also to the men who are patrons. Me and my dad would call to set appointments, if you dont want to wait call in advance. All the times I went in it was just me nor I ever saw a lot of people or anyone waiting in the lobby for their services. They are fast and efficient checking you in. All my experiences were great even if they were groupons. When you walk in there it is very clean and the decor is elegant. I went in to the spa for a pedicure today. When I came in the receptionist wasn't welcoming she was actually on her cell phone and didn't acknowledge me at all. I made an appointment for a spa pedicure yet she still didn't know what I wanted, I also didn't like the fact that they make you pay before services. After me correcting her on the service I would be receiving I stated I wanted to add a paraffin wax she had no clue what I was talking about. I literally had to show her it was on the service list. Which I still didn't receive because no one had a clue on what I was referring to. The person who was supposed to do my pedicure was doing a massage so she had another lady do it and she couldn't understand a bit of English. To sum it up my pedicure was horrible she ended up cutting me and had no clue what she was doing. Worst experience ever. I literally just wanted to leave and I plan on getting a proper pedicure because that was a complete waste of time period!! read more

I was visiting the Chicago area for Thanksgiving and my twin wanted to celebrate our birthday with a spa day. She found a Groupon deal for Spa Kastle that offered a facial, body scrub, sauna and massage for $99. We purchased the deal and they were able to book us the next day. We arrived on time and when we pulled up to the location, we were a bit dismayed by the outside appearance as the location is in part of a mini-strip mall. We decided to give it a try and boy, are we glad we did! From the moment we first walked in we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and after completing a form, were taken in the back. Nicely decorated, in soothing colors, I must admit we were pleasantly surprised. For an extra $6 we did the sauna, and since there were three of us, they happily accommodated us together for the massage, scrub and facial. Emily, who was my masseuse, has a strong, firm touch for such a little thing! She asked several times if the pressure she was applying was just right. I live in NYC and you can easily pay upwards of $200 for the deal we got. I highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! read more

When me and boyfriend went to your business the receptionist could not direct us properly to what direction your business is at. The massage was very rough and uncomfortable. We got the hot stone massage and the stones were too hot. I told the therapist to lighten up many times and the communication was terrible was very sore for a few days. Another thing that was tacky was the decor and how we had to pay for the massage ahead of time instead of afterwards and was too overpriced than the quality of the massage which was terrible. We would not be returning to your business and would highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else. read more

Very nice people but my manicure and pedicure took way too long. And I found it odd that you have to pay before u get the service done. I didn't like that while one guy was doing my pedicure another girl was doing my manicure. It was very uncomfortable for me and not all relaxing like I had hoped. I've been to a lot of spas and massage parlors in search of the "Perfect Massage" and this is it. My girlfriend and I called in on a Wednesday afternoon 15 minutes before we got there to set a appointment and the lady that answered said they won't be ready for about 45 minutes but as a courtesy we can have a free 30 minutes sauna for the wait........ We asked if we should buy the groupon or Yelp deal they said no need they would honor that price when we get there The staff was very friendly very cheerful and polite. They showed us to the sauna have us nice plush robes hot green tea to drink before to help open the pores to help with the detoxification from the sauna. Then cold water for after. They checked on us after about 15 minutes to see if we wanted to stay in or begin the massage. We opt to stay and when the sauna timer went off we went to the couples massage room. The massage room was nice clean and tried to be romantic with the plastic roses on the tables. Lol. The two masseuse we had were Brandy & Li. I get the feeling that Brandy was kinda new and didn't have a lot of experience under her belt but she knows what she's doing. They both were very nice and friendly. They made small convo to see what we wanted and to break the ice...... They performed exactly to what we wanted and exceeded Overall this was arguably the best massage we've received and the staff are very friendly and polite. Only thing I would have wanted to change is for the massage to be a bit more sensual (not sexual). We received a couple massage and wanted everything to be as sexy as can be lol. I tried spa kastle because I had a Groupon but I will gladly pay full price for their services. I was greeted at the front entrance with very "zen like" music and had a awesome manicure and pedicure. I actually fell asleep in the massage chair. The technician was very quiet and respectful of my alone time and did a great job.
