They have 2 suites within that location. The room was clean. My esthetician Darielle (I believe that was her name) was great. She explained everything and why the company wants it done a particular way. I had a Brazilian and underarms completed. Their policy/procedure is to wax the butt and labia first with hard wax/sugar wax and then they use the soft wax with the strips on the mons pubis. I personally do not like getting waxed with strips. I'm prone to getting ingrown hairs with strips. Perhaps this was my own ignorance but I didn't read on their site about them using both waxes. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked. My esthetician was wonderful. She was a 5/5. Very friendly and professional.
