Where do I begin with this spa? From the moment you walk in, to the very last second you wake out , you're treated like a queen. I love coming to this place. I always go by Tee. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. I usually always do the same facials, but she sometimes recommends me to do different ones because of the change she notices within my skin. She also recommends me products to better my skin. I usually like to just lay down, relax and enjoy my facials with the calm music, but she's such a sweet person that I always tend to have full on conversations with her throughout the process. My dad also has been going to her for years. My dads English isn't pretty well, but somehow they tend to understand one another perfectly. My dad likes to go monthly, as he should, but due to his work schedule, it's very hard to work around it. But Tee always makes sure to schedule him at his convenience, even if it's last min. I've been going to tea for waxing for about 6 years now and she uses one of the best products and is very patient with you. Tea is amazing. I've been going to her for Brazilian wax for 3 years. I'd tried different spas until I found her. She's gentle and fast. It would hurt only if I had waited for too long to see her (like 2 months or more) or during my PMS. She gave me an advice from the beginning that I should not to trim my hair before seeing her as it would be tricky and hard to get rid of those too short hair. She's really sweet. Let's face it, can you really strike a conversation about the weather while a woman is about to inflict one of the greatest pains imaginable!? But Tea truly makes it a bearable experience. This was the best experience I have ever had and I am 53 years old. My two daughters and I had gel manicures and pedicures from Lan and Kim. They were kind, professional, fun and did a great job with our nails. Tea the manager was adorable as well. She brought over lots of polish colors and helped us decide what to do with out making us feel rushed. Lan did my daughters eyebrows and was careful and professional. I absolutely love this place. I came in today for a Brazilian wax and a mani-pedi and both services were above and beyond what I expected both in the quality of results and of service. They really take their time with you and do it right; it's not a turn-and-burn salon. I felt so pampered, and more importantly I felt like *they cared* how I felt. The owner's daughter did my wax and was fantastic, and a woman named Kim did my nails and was so gentle and thorough; both turned out perfectly. This place is a total GEM! I got my first facial done here recently. I was a bit skeptical and nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, but I had such an amazing experience! Tea is a master at what she does and my skin has never been better! I forget which facial I got, but I am totally over-the-top smitten by the results! She extracted all the nasty gunk off my face, exfoliated my skin, and put on a pumpkin pie smelling mask on my face and neck. It smelled really good, I honestly really wanted to try it... But I didn't. :( After, she put all sorts of hydrating lotions on and ta-da! Beautiful, silky smooth skin. I got a mani-pedi done after, and they lasted me quite a long time. They also sell mineral makeup there which I am definitely going back for. I have never had a great esthetician before. Prior estheticians have treated me like I had the worst skin in the world. I have heard them sigh, and I have had another recommend me to her medical spa. Tea, on the other hand, listened to my concerns, walked me through her process (extractions, things she uses, tv shows we both like, and other girl stuff), and understands that each individual has different skin concerns. She even said I can get facials, once a month or once a season. I can tell that she definitely wants her clients to be happy and I can tell that she puts so much attention to detail in hoping that her clients feel comfortable in their skin. I can say that after one facial with her I did feel some improvement in my skin, and I felt happy going through that facial. I plan on scheduling more appointments with her. I went to Tea about a month ago for a facial and it was awesome! She is an extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable; she has great customer service & it obviously works since I want to go back to her. My skin looks great! One note though, if you're going for a facial people expect that you ARE going to come out with some red spots...obviously if you're going in for a 'deep cleaning' of your pores it's going to take at least 4 days for your skin to be smooth again.
