I WAS VIOLATED AT THIS SPA! I went to Spa 7th Avenue on 03/19/26 and was greeted by two women: the manager, whose name I didn't get, and Rika, my massage therapist. I prepaid for a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage. After going into the room to get ready and getting undressed from the waist up, I got on the table. I was then asked to take my pants off. I reminded her that I was only getting a neck and shoulder massage, but she still insisted that I take my pants off. After I said no again, she attempted to pull my pants down. At that point, I was struggling with her to keep my pants up while navigating our language barrier. The manager then walked into the room while I was still topless and lying on the bed without a blanket on me. I again reminded the manager that I was only getting a neck and shoulder massage. She communicated this to my therapist, who then said OK, and we proceeded with the massage against my better judgment. Within about 30 seconds of the massage starting, my therapist began touching my butt. This made no sense and did not align with the type of massage I had booked. She then climbed onto the table and massaged my back while straddling my head with her private area resting on me. I immediately told her to get off me and said I wanted the massage to stop so I could get dressed. It took several attempts to get her to leave the room, including having the manager come back and asking them both to leave while reiterating that I was uncomfortable multiple times. Eventually they left, and I began getting dressed. While I was getting dressed, I looked up and saw Rika peeking into the room. I'm not sure how long she had been standing there, but we made direct eye contact, which made me think she had been watching me the entire time after leaving the room. I was spooked at that point and went straight to the front and called my sister. I had her on the phone while I demanded a refund from the manager, who gave it to me without asking any questions, which also seemed strange to me. Before leaving, while still on the phone with my sister, I went back to the manager and told her the reasons listed above why I would be leaving a review. This was absolutely disgusting behavior. This " establishment" is pure joke! This is a damn sex shop where the sex workers treat older men with a "'massage." This place is so shady and it does NOT look like the pictures that's on google maps and on yelp. First and foremost it was so dark in that place I felt like I walked into a hooker motel room. The aura didn't feel right and I felt so uncomfortable. Secondly there was no "welcome" there were workers sitting around on this couch that looked rouchy. One of the workers led me into a room without even asking what service I was there for, the lady just pointed at this open space with a bed in it. During the "service" I felt various people walk into the "room" i was in (the "room" i was in was just separated by this dank curtain and when you would walk people sitting in the "lobby" could see you naked!" When my 40 minute massage was over i walked out to pay and i saw this older white man sitting on the couch and there was one worker with her arm around his neck and another worker was standing by him and when i walked out both of the workers walked into the room i was in. IT WAS AMAZING. they went extremely way above and beyond. I came here with my friend to try it out because weve never done this before. first time. the staff was genuinely the sweetest ladies ever. they made sure we were comfortable and the massage was so relaxing. i came in with wet jeans socks and shoes because my shoes were broken and the snow had seeped through. they dried our wer clothes for us, MADE THEM WARM and even offered me new shoes! i recomend 10/10 experience genuinely it was amazing. my lady Lisa will get you right shes the sweestest and went overtime to dry my wet shoes and give me plastic wrap so that thw water wouldnt seep theoigh again. genuinely the most wholesome thing ever. go here its so worth it!! read more

I came to this place walking by on a whim near my job because I have been having extreme foot pains so I decided to come in for a quick foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, relaxing, and polite the staff was. Sarah the receptionist who works at the front desk made sure I was seen immediately and made me feel right at home. Wendy gave me my first massage and I came back for a full body massage within the same week. I'm typing this review as I go for my third! Good value for money, friendly and hospitable staffs. I had my Masseuse really pampered me - treated me politely, gave such a great massage. It was a bit rough for me at the beginning but when I told her to lower the pressure she did a very good job and they gave us afterwards something to drink. read more
