This was definitely NOT it. To make matters even worse, she refused to refund me AND refused to give me a proper replacement. That is completely unacceptable. What kind of customer service is this? We paid for 3 ice creams, I left the one merely untouched, and yet she still wouldn't make it right. This is not just bad service--it's unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows they don't care about their customers at all. I've been to several Cold Stone Creamery shops and NEVER, not once, had an issue like this. There are plenty of opportunities, as you can see from the menu, sundaes, blizzards, cookie sandwiches, individual birthday sundaes with icing and ice cream cakes. I recommend the soft serve.
