Girl at the counter didn't know if they have chocolate ice cream. The menu on wall only shows white and as a first time customer I wanted to know if they had chocolate ice cream. Then cone came out and ice cream was consistency of a milkshake. Either they served it before it was properly chilled or the machine is not set low enough. The room was warm so maybe air conditioning was out. This place also does NOT have toilets available. Odd for a restaurant with indoor seating. I most assuredly suggest going somewhere else for ice cream. Don't waste your money. read more

Big mistake Jet Freeze! How could you stop serving slushies. My family's favorite is a blue slushie float and arrived last Saturday night to find out they're gone. My daughter settled on a blueberry ice cream cone. Only to get all the way to the cone to find some unidentified something possibly from the cone. Visited cousin up in Kettering and on our way home we looked up a dairy bar close by and found Jet Freeze. What a delicious and pleasant surprise. We all 3 got soft serve cones in different flavors and they were all three so good and tasty. Service was quick ,as well, considering they had a steady stream of customers that Saturday afternoon. We sat outside on the shaded benches and enjoyed our treats and the weather. My cousin said she's passed this place numerous times but never stopped but I think we've found a new found favorite treat stop. They had a great variety of treats and flavors and a grill side also that we didn't happen to try this trip. Can't wait to visit again soon. read more

Went to Jet Freeze with my dad tonight for my "monthly ice cream trip" (I'm very health conscious so it's always a big deal lol). I got the strawberry shortcake flurry and it was amazing. When I saw it come out of the window I was so excited right away. I could see giant chunks of strawberry and big pieces of cake. I love roller coasters, but my favorite part of PKI was the soft serve blueberry ice cream! Alas! I have found a close second near me! Jet Freeze offers extremely affordable ice cream in the best soft serve flavors out there. I highly recommend getting the blueberry soft serve in a cup!
