This Graeter's location isn't fair with serving sizes. We go often, as we don't drink alcohol so ice cream is our main "treat," and I've been going to Graeter's since I was a kid. I typically love Graeter's. But they don't give you two full scoops anymore at this location! I always get two scoops, and my fiancé always gets one scoop, so I have multiple samples. The amount of ice cream she gets with her one scoop is the same amount -- sometimes MORE -- as what I get with two scoops. She thinks it's funny and I get that it's kind of petty and silly, but it's also just bad business. I want what I am paying for, I mean weigh it if you have to, or train your employees more, but at least eyeball it and give me the same as a one scoop gets, times two. It's not that hard. A two-scoop order should contain roughly twice as much ice cream as a one-scoop order. I shouldn't have to order two separate single scoops just to get the amount that "two scoops" is supposed to include. The ice cream has also gone downhill. They are using WAY more chocolate than ice cream these days, which is odd, considering rising chocolate prices. I love the chocolate but the chunks are getting bigger and bigger, sometimes 2"-3" long and hard to eat. read more

The ice cream and shakes are fantastic. However, the prices have definitely skyrocketed and also charging a dollar extra for whipped cream on milkshake is completely ridiculous. When they ask you if you would like whipped cream on your milkshake, they will not tell you that it's an up charge so please be careful with that. At this point, they're just money hungry. Great ice cream, but overpriced. read more

Andy and the staff are wonderful. I get the same thing each time. However my daughter and parents each get something different. I can get ice cream anywhere. I come to the Beavercreek location because of the staff. read more

Delicious flavors of ice cream and sorbet, wide range of toppings. Outdoor seating available, great ambiance.

Pros? Store usually well maintained, as well as the bathrobathrooms. Staff is usually friendly and patient, and fairly efficent andntaking orders. There is not too many people here usually. Cons? It is stupid expensive. The spoonful of sprinkles cost a whole dollar. The double dip I ordered is less than half the cup..... and it has been this quality in thr several trips i made this year ( and yes I kept going back, giving a benefit of a doubt that it was just unlicky poor scooper) Dont recommend for value. The ice cream itself is good. read more

Graeter's Ice Cream - My pitiful double dip doesnt even fill half a cup, and the price is outrageous. Seriously cheaper to just buy a pint at this point. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Beavercreek, Ohio

Love this place. Every time I come to Ohio whether cold or hot weather I have to get my fill. I have the buckeye and dark chocolate with fudge. So good. I also bought some chocolate to go and wow I love that dark chocolate. The staff is great and super helpful and let you sample as much as you want. read more

Graeter's ice cream is amazing!! Actually so amazing I need to limit my visits. I asked to taste the following: Bourbon Ball, Buckeye Blitz, Salted Caramel and their summer flavor Peach. I bought all four! The folks that work at the Beavercreek location are all so friendly. I highly recommend this store. read more

I've seen this brand in another state that I live in, but never a stand alone store so we decided to try it. The employees were really nice and do a great job keeping the line moving as they fill orders, esp when busy. Overall the ice cream is just okay IMO. I've had better, so for me no great shakes. read more

It's your typical ice cream joint to get your quick sweet tooth fix, however, the scoop size consistency is variable. The staff are friendly and there is plenty of seating to hang out with friends. I'm not sure if I fully understand taxes but it seems that they automatically tax your ice cream, even if you're not eating in. read more

3,5 Great place to stop for homemade ice cream. The ice cream is rich, creamy and delicious with huge chucks of chocolate chips. I won't call them chips as that implies small pieces when there chips are like eating a piece of gooey chocolate candy. read more

Yum!!! It's ice cream, it's GREAT ice cream... It's GRAETERS!! As long as I've now been living here in Ohiooooooooo, this is only the second or third time I've had Graeters, and it definitely lives up to its name, as this location did as well!! Quick moving line, sooooo many tempting flavors (I enjoyed two of their specials, Key Lime and Coconut) and relatively reasonable prices. Clean, cozy, well-lit, with some great take-home options and a drive thru also, if you're in a rush... Happy to see that this location was miraculously not hit by the area's recent MULTIPLE tornados, in spite of the TREMENDOUS damage all around them. Get out and grab some of their GREAT ice cream!!! And while you're at it, do your part by donating to their AWESOME efforts to support the tornado victims... All tips the night we were there were being donated to their neighbors!! read more

My boyfriend was excited to introduce me to Graeter's, as it's a local ice cream chain based in Cincinnati! I first tried the Madagascar Vanilla Bean flavor that's found in grocery stores in Ohio, and that was a really smooth, solid flavor. This time, visiting the actual store, I wanted to try something different. The workers were all very friendly and patient, letting me sample a lot of flavors before deciding. The Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip was an interesting flavor, but I'm not sure I could do a whole scoop of it. The Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip was another solid flavor, but it wasn't as decadent as the Dark Chocolate Brownie, which is what we ended up going with! The brownie pieces were gooey and great. Portions were massive! A single scoop is more like three scoops, and cost less than $5. read more

We stopped here twice will visiting the area. The first time was excellent--five stars. Portions and toppings were generous. The second time the portions had shrunk. I realize this is most likely due to the person prepping, but it still was disappointing. The ice cream is always delicious. The store is clean. Masks were not worn by all employees. I will still stop here next time I'm in town. read more

What a great find. We were out looking for something to quench our sweet tooth and lucked into this gem! We ordered the dark chocolate brownie-two scoops in a waffle cone, child size scoop of double chocolate chip in a waffle cone, a chocolate brownie sundae, a waffle cone with two scoops of cookies and cream and a sunrise surprise smoothie and the bill was 41$ Everything was delicious. They had outdoor seating and even with the crowd there was still enough seating inside. Very clean. Very courteous staff! read more

Nice clean and we'll lit location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We really love to come here!

I've only ever gotten take out here. So I've never gotten to really sit and enjoy this location. But every time I've experienced some of the nicest, friendliest service that I've ever received from any kind of establishment. So a big thank you to this location for that! If you've never managed to visit a Graeter's before, I hope you will. They are known for their enormous chocolate chips. Believe me, They're life changing. You won't want your ice cream any other way ever again. Also, they offer a wide array of flavors. They're really famous for their Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Even if you think you won't like it, just ask for a sample. Because it's surprisingly awesome and one of my go-tos. Some of my other favorites include Black Cherry Chocolate Chip and Buckeye Blitz (Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and balls of peanut butter). They also offer rotating seasonal flavors - Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Strawberry Cheesecake, just to name a few. They're also awesome at classic sundaes. Their hot fudge sauce is fantastic, their butterscotch is delicious and I always have to get some of their chocolate sprinkles. I will also mention that their whipped cream doesn't come from a can. It's always freshly made and absolutely perfect. read more

Great service and excellent ice cream, and clean facility. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend.

We get ice cream for 1.60ish for a month, then they raise the price of a single scoop .25 cents. Sad back to Dairy Cream. By Felicia!

This place is amazing!! My sister took us since she just moved to Dayton. I really wish I was able to get it back at home in California. I have never had a more pleasant experience at an establishment than I have at Graeter's in Beavercreek. The manager at the time, Kyle, was extremely patient and kind. Kyle went above and beyond to spoon-feed me taste samples as my recent surgery required my arms to be restricted. I eventually ordered a milkshake for easier consumption, but Kyle insisted on spoon-feeding me a triple scoop banana split with hot fudge, strawberry topping, whipped cream, pecans, and a cherry. Kyle was a blessing and gave me hope that this world still has wholesome and generous people. Kyle's hospitality and professionalism is amazing. read more

Stopped in for a post-race treat and was not disappointed! In this age of huge portions, the kids size is more than enough for an adult, and they'll put fresh whipped cream on it if you want (a little in need of re-whipping, but good). The blueberry pie ice cream in AMAZEBALLS. The guys had a variety of other flavors, all of which were good - the mint really pops in the mint chip, and the peanut butter is solid. I see why people like this place! read more

I know there is a local "feud" whose ice cream is the best and from my experience it has to be Graters. Great flavor and nice pieces of chocolate. Could use a little more flavoring in their berry flavors. There is a lot of staff to attend to patrons quickly but they are very young and can get very chatty. We did go one night at 10:30pm and they had already put up chairs. They close at a 11pm. Than they started washing the floor and we felt like we were being pushed out. This is not cheap ice cream and that was rather rude. Depending on who serves you will depend on the size of the scoop. Lucky me, my server was generous. read more

This place is really well know in this area, as it originates in Cincinnati Ohio. Oprah even raves about this ice cream as being one of her favs (not that I am usually one to rely on her). I LOVED my Graeters experience, and I don't even really like ice cream. I am not huge on sweets, I usually prefer the salty snacks---and it because of this that Graeter's got me. They have a pretzel cone----yes a cone made of pretzel with a salt sprinkled outside. This was the perfect mix of salt and sweet heaven. The ice cream was great too. Known for their "chip" flavors, I had the toffee chip which was pretty good. They also had REAL chocolate sprinkles which are perfect for dutch open face butter/sprinkle sandwiches. read more
