He explained that a huarache is open-faced, not a burrito, but immediately offered a perfect solution: he could custom-make their breakfast burrito using pinto beans as the protein for me instead. When the chef brought it out, it was HUGE. He took the time to explain exactly how he made it and told me to just ask for him or request the modification next time.
