I had a couple of other questions about the appointment. It was like pulling teeth asking her. Ugh! I called back because I thought of something else. Nobody returned my call. I figured it wouldn't be returned but oh well I tried. These are the reasons why I'm giving this location 4 stars. However... My appointment went better than I thought it would. All of the staff in the front was nice, helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions. I even forgot my doctor's orders at home so I was freaking out! Luckily they already had my orders from my doctor. I was SO relieved! Lol. I freaked out because the lady on the phone said I had to have them or else they couldn't help me. The staff that was helping me with the procedure were super nice and helpful. The best staff member was Keith. His instructions were clear and to the point. He was really patient and kind. He also had great bedside manners. I have one more appointment at another location. Their staff has been kind over the phone. I hope I have the same experience in person. I would come back to this location if I had to.

A suggestion just have a single phone number for scheduling. If you want to advertise that you do veins do that separately. The front seat receptionist was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job enforcing safety protocols. She kindly asked a patient to put on her face mask. That lady did not want to, but did after she was asked to leave the premises if she refused to wear her mask. They don't mess around. You better put your mask on here, or they will ask you to leave. The technician took extreme care to care for me. My appointment was at 10:15, and I was taken care of promptly, but I never felt rushed. There are many negative reviews, but I don't understand why as they did an outstanding job the entire time I was there.

However, during the CT, the technician stated that I was to call if I experienced pain of any kind as a result of the iodine contrast. I called due to pain 3 times. The person stated that she heard me but wanted to get the pictures. My vein was blown due to how fast the contrast was running. The tech needed to hold my vein and "push out the contrast before letting me go. This person as rude, dismissive and displayed no empathy for the pain s caused.

Most places only do the scan and give you the results, however, Julio sat down with me afterwards and explained them in great detail. This alone was worth the cost of the entire service. Not only did I learn about my individual results and needs, but I also gained a much better understanding of overall body composition and the suggested guidelines for body fat and bone density. So this location has little to no front parking and doesn't appear to be the only business in…read morehere.. There is a parking garage for mostly compacts all the way in back under the building but a phone call to see if it was ok to park there because there are tons of no parking signs around resulted in the operator not knowing because all calls are sent to a phone bank, not the location your calling. and there is an elevator in there If you look for it to get back up inside the building but if you don't know that because you've never been there before and depending on where you park in there you'd never know it. No signs or arrows or anything telling you there is one. Once you get inside you're greeted by an old rundown office in desperate need of TLC. ITS FALLING APART. No signs that say " excuse our mess" or " remodeling" so It just appears the place has been let go as far as maintenance is concerned. People were nice enough, I've had this same ultrasound 3 times before and this was the fastest one as far as time spent on the table, and in the facility, so the tech was very efficient, but the facilities need help and I'm sure my ultrasound in which I was nude from the waist down with a huge ceiling tile above me missing, AC ducting exposed, pieces of white flecks (DUST?) Floating down out of it from time to time, definitely is NOT SANITARY. This needs to be addressed sooner than later.

They even gave me excellent directions to get to their office. They were also great in person. I didn't get anyone's name but all of the staff members I dealt with were female. The lady in the front was professional and nice. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. One of the techs had to give me an injection for the procedure I was doing. She was super gentle with the needle. It was completely painless! I didn't even feel a slight pinch when she injected me. I don't think I've ever dealt with someone who was that gentle with a needle! She was soft spoken and kind. I immediately felt at ease with her. She even asked me if I wanted to watch a movie on Netflix. Of course! Unfortunately there was some technical issues so that was a no go. No biggie! The tech was calm and gave great instructions when it was time for the procedure. She also had great bedside manners. I've also been to the Desert Imaging location on Lee Trevino. My experience there was good but I would pick this location if I had a choice. There's two (four total, I think?) other Desert Imaging locations in El Paso. I haven't been to those. Highly recommend this specific Desert Imaging location. Felt like my ears were a helipad and a hero was in my ear half the time. Putting aside the panic and pain in my lower back for being immobilized for over an hour, the noise made me feel like I was gonna go crazy. D.I. stepped in and made it happen, getting me in the very next day. That alone was a relief, but what stood out even more was the kindness I experienced from every person I encountered. I don't have everyone's names, but Valerie at the front desk deserves special recognition--your warmth, patience, and willingness to help made a difficult moment feel manageable. The team in the back was just as wonderful. They were flexible with changing orders, respectful, and incredibly efficient. I…read morenever had this luxury with my first two kids because it was a decade ago and ultrasounds wee only in 2d. The ease of scheduling an appointment was great. They even text you a cute reminder message. At my first appointment I was only 16 weeks and they were able to determine gender. The office is comfortable and can fit 9-10 people in the ultrasound room (I had a lot of family members with me)! The tech is very sweet and she made me Feel comfortable the whole time. They offered me a repeat appointment because my baby was very stubborn and we couldn't see her face. I was okay with the pictures I got because they actually turned out great. I went in for my second portion of the package at 32 weeks. Wow! What a difference! The baby was still a girl, haha and there were awesome features on her face that look great. The tech took her time to show me hands, feet, nose and lips. She was always pleasant and very patient with the other kids I had in the room with me. Again this visit was very comfortable and I felt like I was in a great environment!! I would really recommend this place because of the ease of scheduling, the timeliness of the tech (never had to wait), and the overall comfort that my family and I felt.
