SAMMY!!! He spoke about trying to fix what I had. It was a chain driven unit. I said please get rid of it and start from scratch. The entire old unit went away and a brand new, state of the art unit was installed. Not only was it installed in a timely fashion, the area was all cleaned up and all of my old parts went away! My keypad was reprogrammed, as were my old "clickers". He installed a new pad inside the garage that has a motion sensor. Plus the lights inside he motor illuminate my entire garage. There were tracks for the lights, a 16' LED light street, a transformer and a dimmer. When the electrician installed it, it shorted out. As it turns out, the lights needed a 96 watt transformer and they sold me a 60 watt transformer. It ended up burning out the dimmer. They tried to make me buy a new dimmer as well as an up graded transformer. After back and forth, they charged me for the upgraded transformer. They should have given me everything for free as well as compensate me for an extra 2 hours of labor for the electrician.

Dave was very helpful and he told me that it would only take 2 hours to do the replacement- I was skeptical but he was confident. Dylan, was the installer for the door.
