Thank You! Jose and his crew worked tirelessly to repair the leak in one of our valve boxes -…read more made even tougher and 'delicate' as it was at the base of the root system of a well established oak tree - one of the largest trees on our property. And with regard to the repair I'd mentioned to the "spigot" for draining our system, Jose not only repaired the issue, with his knowledge and thoughtfulness, he improved it. When he showed me what he'd done, I pointed to the middle word on his work shirt, and said that ideas like that, and then going beyond the minimum required, as what makes people like him, the "Professionals" in your company's name. Thanks again for your prompt response. This is why you have earned our business going forward!

My wife and I are updating our landscape and home this year…read more After we had a tree and stump removed in our front yard I reached out to Atlanta Professional Landscape to quote me for preparing our front yard for new sod. They gave me a very reasonable priced quote to prepare our front yard, deliver and install the sod. The work was done when scheduled and our yard looks fantastic. Additionally, we also had to prepare our back yard for a new wood fence to be installed. Atlanta Professional Landscaping pruned a significant number of Leyland Cypress Trees to raise the canopy to ensure our new fence could be installed without delay. They did a great job and took the debris off site. The crews worked the entire time, did not waste time, and exceeded expectations. I (we) highly recommend Atlanta Professional Landscaping.

On 11/17/18 they came to my home and were supposed to do a trim on 2 trees but what I ended up with…read morewas 3/4 of one tree done well and then they cut down one tree entirely. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and cutting what they could from the cherry picker. Believe they had 6 people cleaning, 1 in bucket, and one supervising. The issues I have is not only did they remove a tree, but it's now 11/29/18 and i have heard no mention of how they are going to fix my problem. Just said they will get back and no return calls. This was my home they impacted and devalued and they just went ghost. I will say that people need not worry too much because in 15 years I was the only person who had got his tree cut down on accident. (Such a great thing to hear after you destroy my property). They also informed me that he would get my stump ground for free. (What a deal!!!) The whole thing seemed like a joke to everyone there. I was angry and truly just wanted everyone off my property the moment the tree got cut. I was quoted 800 for both trees to be trimmed which is 400 a hour and i will end up paying more than that for the tree I will need to replace the one they cut down. Outside the guy who cut my tree the crew was good at clean up and the half hack job on the remaining tree was because he couldn't get to it due to bucket reach and honestly I wanted them out of my yard. I would recommend them for tree removal not trimming only because they trimmed one all the way to the grass..

The tree was about to fall over. I knew it was going to cost a lot to have it removed but I was more concerned about the pool and house being hit by a falling tree. They did come out the day I called them and put together an estimate. At this time they are truly very busy. They did put me at the top of the list and came out the next week and removed the tree. Unbelievable how they used hoists to hold the tree up while they cut it down. They were at the end of their shift so after they laid the remainder of tree on the ground they came back the next day and cleaned it all up. The crew was highly personable and friendly. All GA boys. They really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them. I have several trees that will probably need removing and definitely call them to do the work.

I would give Agropro zero stars if I could…read more I want to start by saying the staff in the office and the technicians are very kind and polite to deal with. The problem lies with the actual results Agropro delivers from their services. I have been on their premium monthly subscription service for over 4 years and my yard looks as worse as it ever has. Every year I go through a back and forth where I try to cancel and they say ohhhhh please don't cancel. We will send the manager out and take a look and get a plan together. And then they offer me half off aerating and ask me to give them another chance to make it right and talk about how they are gonna really hit it with pre emergents in the fall / etc. Nothing actually happens and they don't actually improve anything. If you want to pay $70 a month for 4.5 years to see no improvement in your yard, choose Agropro.

Say No to Agropro. We were an agropro customer for years for lawn care and mosquito treatment…read more Last year, we noticed that the mosquito treatment wasn't satisfactory and requested a respray. Shortly after the respray we noticed a pattern of tremendous damage to the majority of our shrubs, trees, rose bushes, hydrangeas, even several of our healthy banana trees toppled over. We hired an independent professional to evaluate our entire property. They confirmed that the harm to our landscaping is consistent with the treatment that Agropro improperly applied. We tried to work with Agropro for a solution. Agropro defended their chemicals, offered to give a a "soil enrichment", suggested we pay additional for shrub and bush maintenance, and said all of our plants and shrubs were salvageable. This Spring, everything remains damaged consistent with the application of the chemicals. SAY NO TO AGROPRO.

When they needed to climb a tree to take it down in sections, I was grateful we were not doing the work. We ended up with a day and a half of work- all pines taken down with a mixture of trash wood and dead trees. We are well pleased with the quality of work, speed of the process and price. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5- they had to reschedule once. They were quick to call and let us know, and they kept in touch. We are well satisfied and already are planning to call them again when we need trees removed.
