A Time, Money and Sanity Saver…read more We called ten different companies with varying results. Some never responded to voice mails. Some made appointments to see the work before creating estimates and never showed up. Others gave estimates up to four times the amount of what we paid for Trinity. The Trinity team was the cost efficient, which is primarily why they got the job (their estimate for three trees with stump grinding was lower than other companies for one tree without stump grinding). But they offer so much more than just the right price. The day of the job, they were all on-time and ready to go. They represented their company so well - all were dressed in company shirts, all spoke friendly and kindly to us, were respectful of our yard and home. Beyond that were each experts in their respective roles. They worked so efficiently and so cleanly we were AMAZED. The team that worked to cut and remove the trees were truly a team. I do not make any recommendations lightly but, from our experience, calling them is the only call you will need. We will be their loyal customers forever. I recommend them every chance I get. They will save your time, save your money and save your sanity.

Absolutely excellent service from the start to the finish! We haven't addressed our trees in almost…read morefive years. It was time! The canopies were very low, lots of broken and dead limbs, and we had a few trees that were so overgrown that they were against the house and roof. The initial walkthrough was with Chase Hartman, a Certified Arborist. We looked at every tree on my property and discussed what could be done to it to raise the canopy, thin it out, check for damage and disease, and make sure it's healthy and will continue to flourish. At the end of the walk, they were going to limb up and thin out six huge trees in my front yard, take down a pine and oak that had grown together and were way too close to my home, take down six dead Leyland Cyprus and two huge pine trees that if they fell, would crush my home. A week later, the crew arrived with two trucks, a bobcat loader, a chipper, and eight very experienced crew. They sized up the access to the property, spoke with my neighbors to ask to use their driveways to get to my backyard, and went to work. It was incredible to watch professionals practice their craft! They systematically worked on the two large pines in the backyard by climbing the tree and cutting limbs as they went up. Piling up the limbs to be pulled away by the bobcat to the chipped. Within two hours, both large pines were gone, and work started on the cypress, which they made quick work of. They arrived at eight AM and left at one-thirty PM. Professional from start to finish. They protected my yard, my neighbors' yards, and systematically, cleanly dropped ten trees and cleaned/limbed up six trees. From the first walkthrough to the final stump grinding a week after the tree work, excellent communications, great service, extremely professional and friendly. My new Arborist and Tree service for my home!

They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.

Unprofessional and Defective Workmanship - Beware…read more I hired Gelato Contracting / Premiere Landscaping (Edgar Rivera) to install a concrete patio at my home in Atlanta. The project, which was supposed to take two days, has dragged on for over 60 days due to serious defects in workmanship. The patio shows discoloration, cracking, and even workers' footprints embedded in the concrete. Despite repeated communication, Edgar has failed to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. He has promised 50% reimbursement multiple times but never follows through. No written warranty was provided, and the original invoice has disappeared from Yelp. Georgia law requires a warranty for projects over $2,500--this was ignored. I've formally requested a refund and given a deadline before pursuing legal action to recover my full payment and damages. I plan to sue. I strongly advise others to avoid this contractor. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and quality is unacceptable. --Shirlene A.

I recently used them for a project. The end result ended up pretty good, but I feel like there were…read moretoo many speed bumps and a lack of communication along the way. The workers were great, and worked hard. The manager, Sean, was very nice and knowledgable, but definitely seemed spread way too thin, which led to portions of the project being miscommunicated or missed, and having to spend extra time to get them redone. Our project consisted of replacing a couple areas of grass with artificial turf, another area with Zoysia sod, replacing some walkways, adding some landscaping, and trimming some trees. All of that was eventually done, but the turf ultimately had to be torn up, reflattened, and nailed propertly as it was ripply/bubbly at first and coming up at the sides. Some areas we had requested turf were missed at first due to confusion, lack of communication. I think they just need some better oversight by having more management resources or fewer projects so that the proper amount of time can be spent. Like I said, ultimately it ended up pretty good and the price was decent as well.

Even after a phone call to David, our lawn is now going on 3 weeks with no service. Last year, they missed doing our lawn for 5 separate weeks during the summer and early fall. I have text messages and dates to prove it. It's a never-ending battle to get our lawn mowed, and it shouldn't be this way. When the customer knows every person in the company, it's a problem. We've NEVER had this problem with another lawn maintenance company. Based on the reviews, it appears that project work is their priority and weekly maintenance is fit in IF they have time. This is no way to run a business! I guess your guaranteed monthly payments from weekly maintenance customers is not important to the business. Save yourself many headaches and go with a company who values your business! **They asked me to take down this review last year, and I did after getting the issues resolved. Or, so we thought. It's May 3rd and they have skipped doing our yard several times this year already.
