I recently used them for a project. The end result ended up pretty good, but I feel like there were…read moretoo many speed bumps and a lack of communication along the way. The workers were great, and worked hard. The manager, Sean, was very nice and knowledgable, but definitely seemed spread way too thin, which led to portions of the project being miscommunicated or missed, and having to spend extra time to get them redone. Our project consisted of replacing a couple areas of grass with artificial turf, another area with Zoysia sod, replacing some walkways, adding some landscaping, and trimming some trees. All of that was eventually done, but the turf ultimately had to be torn up, reflattened, and nailed propertly as it was ripply/bubbly at first and coming up at the sides. Some areas we had requested turf were missed at first due to confusion, lack of communication. I think they just need some better oversight by having more management resources or fewer projects so that the proper amount of time can be spent. Like I said, ultimately it ended up pretty good and the price was decent as well.

We have been with this company for 5 years and have battled with them for 4 to simply get weekly…read moreservice done on our lawn. Even after a phone call to David, our lawn is now going on 3 weeks with no service. Last year, they missed doing our lawn for 5 separate weeks during the summer and early fall. I have text messages and dates to prove it. It's a never-ending battle to get our lawn mowed, and it shouldn't be this way. When the customer knows every person in the company, it's a problem. We've NEVER had this problem with another lawn maintenance company. Based on the reviews, it appears that project work is their priority and weekly maintenance is fit in IF they have time. This is no way to run a business! I guess your guaranteed monthly payments from weekly maintenance customers is not important to the business. Save yourself many headaches and go with a company who values your business! **They asked me to take down this review last year, and I did after getting the issues resolved. Or, so we thought. It's May 3rd and they have skipped doing our yard several times this year already.

This is an overdue and much deserved review. A couple of years ago we needed a bunch of work done…read morein our yard. Areas were out of control, we wanted trees planted, areas cleaned out, sod laid, and more. We spoke to several landscapers and received several quotes. One thing that stood out to me was that Elite was the only one who did not say they wanted to spray glyphosate all over. The others were adamant about it. Elite fixed the areas up with the goals we wanted for each space and they look great, no glyphosate needed. The crew worked so hard and they cleaned up after themselves each day. They went above and beyond cleaning up more than was asked and we have enjoyed their work ever since. We are considering more work that needs to be done and they will be our go to. Thanks, Elite!

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give Doug and his team more stars. Doug and his entire…read moreteam were exemplary in every phase of the project, including 1) requesting for visit to scope the work for an estimate, 2) guidance and suggestions during the quote process to ensure we got the results for which we were hoping 3) delivering the a VERY REASONBALE estimate, 4) scheduling us in his queue of projects, 5) the actual execution of the work and 5) follow up. Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large. We will have them do all future landscaping for us and will have them do seasonal refreshes. During the scoping phase Doug respectively offered suggestions based on his vast experience (all which we took by the way). The questions Doug asked and suggestions he made immediately demonstrated the depth and breadth of his knowledge and impressed/convinced me from the outset they were the best choice. AND the quote was very well written with EVERY detail identified so there were no surprises, which certainly engendered confidence. We discussed all the options and Doug was always mindful of our budget and NOT just trying to increase scope and cost like so many companies. I know they do much larger jobs than ours but is obvious they treat all size jobs equally. With the same identically high standards, the same commitment to delivering high quality work, with the same attention to detail and an absolute dedication to maximizing customer satisfaction. Their communication with us, before, during and after gave us a great sense of security and comfort that they were truly interested in delivering the outcome we all desired. They treated our yard like their own, cleaning up every day and clearly taking pride in their work. A differentiator I noticed was his team has been together for a long time so they are all invested in delivering a great job. The finished product was well beyond our expectations and Doug's personal follow-up is unique in today's impersonal world. Net net, Doug and his Elite Landscaping will provide you the highest quality service that will exceed your expectations. It will be at a very competitive price and will make your property truly one in which you can be very proud. And they are fun to work with. Elite Landscaping is a bases loaded home run for sure.

The tree was about to fall over. I knew it was going to cost a lot to have it removed but I was more concerned about the pool and house being hit by a falling tree. They did come out the day I called them and put together an estimate. At this time they are truly very busy. They did put me at the top of the list and came out the next week and removed the tree. Unbelievable how they used hoists to hold the tree up while they cut it down. They were at the end of their shift so after they laid the remainder of tree on the ground they came back the next day and cleaned it all up. The crew was highly personable and friendly. All GA boys. They really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them. I have several trees that will probably need removing and definitely call them to do the work.

On 11/17/18 they came to my home and were supposed to do a trim on 2 trees but what I ended up with…read morewas 3/4 of one tree done well and then they cut down one tree entirely. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and cutting what they could from the cherry picker. Believe they had 6 people cleaning, 1 in bucket, and one supervising. The issues I have is not only did they remove a tree, but it's now 11/29/18 and i have heard no mention of how they are going to fix my problem. Just said they will get back and no return calls. This was my home they impacted and devalued and they just went ghost. I will say that people need not worry too much because in 15 years I was the only person who had got his tree cut down on accident. (Such a great thing to hear after you destroy my property). They also informed me that he would get my stump ground for free. (What a deal!!!) The whole thing seemed like a joke to everyone there. I was angry and truly just wanted everyone off my property the moment the tree got cut. I was quoted 800 for both trees to be trimmed which is 400 a hour and i will end up paying more than that for the tree I will need to replace the one they cut down. Outside the guy who cut my tree the crew was good at clean up and the half hack job on the remaining tree was because he couldn't get to it due to bucket reach and honestly I wanted them out of my yard. I would recommend them for tree removal not trimming only because they trimmed one all the way to the grass..
